FULL OF CHEAT: A horrible dam lying company, always try to cheat the customer.My car was parked in a private property for a moment and when I get back to take my car, I saw my car tied-up in a prearation to trail. The trailor was in the same property. I requested the driver to loose my car, he said I have to pay $ 50 cash. I agreed.Then the National Recovery driver said, let me take the car to the street because we cannot deal in this property. I was in my car. When I was giving him the money the lier rude driver said I had to pay $150 now because my car is now out of the property. what a robbery and cheating in the broad daylight, Then I I called the management, I guess the manager name is Brade. He said ok I am calling the driver to take the $ 50, because still your car is in the property/side street. When Brade was talking to the driver then the driver again said to me that Brade said I had to pay $ 100 and it was deal with me. Stupid Brade is telling me one thing and delivering the driver the other message. Ultimately finally the driver behave me bad and when I was trying to talk to Brade with the drivers phone to check why the manager is lying then the manager said I am lying. I was surprised how a manager can cheat a poor people like that way. If I had money and I am not new here, I would have sue the company. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE CHEATING AND LYING COMPANY AT ALL. BECAREFUL OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

Scum sucking bottom feeders who prey upon unwary. Even though it was after hours, open lot, on Monday evening ..... sign says $150 and the owner took me for $200. They have to live with themselves, I would never use them and do not recommend them. No honor, shame just money grabbing vermin. Shame on the businesses that use them. (f) It shall be unlawful and punishable by a fine of $1,000.00 for any towing and storage firm, permitted or unpermitted, licensed or unlicensed, to enter into any agreement with any person in possession of private property to provide automatic or systematic surveillance of such property for purposes of removal and relocation of any such vehicle or trespassing personal property except upon call by such person in possession of such private property to such towing and storage firm for each individual case of trespass; provided, further, that it shall be unlawful and punishable by a fine of $1,000.00 for any towing and storage firm to pay to any private property owner or one in possession of private property any fee or emolument, directly or indirectly, for the right to remove a vehicle or trespassing personal property from said private property.

Why doesnt anyone ever want to take personal responsibility for their actions? Instead, people want to put the blame on someone else in an effort to excuse their own mistakes. The only thing that matters in the situations described in the following two reviews is fact that the motorists parked in someone elses parking lot because they believed that they should have a right to, when the contrary is the truth. They would like the readers to think that because NATIONAL RECOVERY was called by the Property Manager to remove the illegally parked vehicle from their lot that the towing company is doing something wrong. We are doing a service for the Property Manager and owner by doing what we do best.......keeping their private lot......private! Take responsibility for your actions, read the signs, and dont try to save the $5 parking fee by STEALING someone elses spot and their right to park in the lot that they bought. They paid good money for that spot because they wanted a place to park, not because they wanted YOU to have a place to park! Hook em up!

This man the manager im assuming was HORRIBLE he towed my sisters car and we were there right behind him to pick it up....he was EXTREMELY RUDE, Cursed at us, called my sister a f@$!#&g bit@h, called us both fat cows, GRABBED HIMSELF, and told me to suck his you know what, then as we were trying to leave he tried blocking us in so that we couldnt do so.....shame on ANY MAN who would treat women this way!!!! IM DEFINITELY REPORTING THIS COMPANY!!! YOUR GOING DOWN!! And my review isnt about you doiing your job, its about your humanity towards others, YOU SUCK!!!! and two ofthese reviews glorifying this company are manager, and driver.....lmao, too funny. You continue to "hook em up" but just remember SOMEONE is going to kick your ass for the way ypu treat ppl!!

This is a great company they follow legal guidlines and do with what is in their rights to remove vehicles that have illegally parked in a private posted with signs that are clear as day lot to save $5 because people are to cheep to pay for parking..... What a bunch of low life CREEPS!!! Damaged the whole front end of my vehicle. They have no RESPECT for women! Called me every name in the book after he told me to suck his privates and grabbed himself! And this was the manager!!! This is not over with, they will be fixing my car! And then he can go suck his own d@&$ I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Absolute scum. Signs were not facing the entrance to the parking lot in which they towed our truck. Went to get the truck not 15 min after and was charger an extra $50, taking the total to $200 because it was "after hours". Yes we understand that you cannot park wherever you want, but they intentionally hide there worn out signs to rope you in and scam you.

I illegally parked in one of the monitored parking lots today, 2.9.17 and my car was towed. They treated me better than any company I have ever dealt with. The owner is a honest man as is his driver. I will call them if I ever need a tow. I cant praise them more.
