I go to 5 other Panera locations in Louisville, numerous locations in Ohio, Indiana ect. and they are always very accommodating. However this location thought it was too big a request to have egg whites made 1 MINUTE after breakfast had officially ended. Ill drive down to Hurtsbourne and Taylorsville where they actually care about there customers and will make egg whites at 6pm.

DO NOT order delivery from them its horrible. Ive ordered two weeks in a row and BOTH weeks the order was so late i had to eat when i returned to work. The manager just keeps making excuses and trying to fix it with a cookie. I will not order from them again. If i could give them half a star i would a full star is a stretch.

We ordered French Onion Soup and got something without cheese you can by at the store for 68 cents. When I think of French onion, I think of a delicate cap of cheese covering the soup. They laughed at me and put a few sprinkles of cheese on my soup! I used to associate Panera with quality, but no more!

Like their breakfast sandwich, but if you want a good bagel, go around the corner to Heitzman bakery. So much better. Panera bagels are over cooked, almost to the point of being burnt. They should limit the drive through to a few items. Stuck in line behind someone who got 3 large boxes of something

Horrible service.. had food delivered. Smelled and tasted like cigg smoke. Over priced. Found hair in our chilli. Said they would send vouchers to reemburst us. They never did. This was over a month ago. We will never eat it again.

I ordered a Greek salad and french onion soup. The soup was missing bread. Usually they give you croutons but they didnt. The salad had caramelized onion instead of fresh and no peppers. Wasnt worth the 15 min wait.

The food is good but they take to long to pass out your order. Today I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a bagel and lattee. I was the 4th car in line and once your in line there is no way out.

To go orders in drive thru are never 100 percent right. Items are missing, sauces are wrong, dressings are mixed up.. we go inside now to increase probability of getting correct order.
