Flavor was fine, but the stuff literally dissipates to pretty much nothing as soon as it enters your mouth. On top of that the guy working the night we went swatted at my daughters hand when she reached to play with the vapor. I was already getting her hand back, but come on folks.... you expect a 6 year old to not reach out and play with a fun vapor from the nitrogen. If you dont want them reaching out in curiosity dont have a gap in the partition. Our daughter is very well behaved and would have removed her hand with a simple request, but swatting at a childs hand who is not yours is not acceptable. Neat experiment but Not worth the money!

Decided to stop by The Arctic Scoop one night while in the neighborhood. Well worth it! Love that everyone can have something here. Even the lactose intolerant. Everyone in our group ordered different bases for their ice cream and was able to build a flavor that suited each persons taste buds. My daughter loved watching the friendly staff freeze the ice cream right in front of us. Very cool place!

This place makes their ice cream with an innovative frozen nitrogen method that is both entertaining to watch and absolutely delicious. There is an absolutely stunning variety of flavors, and the ice cream is amazingly, mindblowingly creamy. We were visiting Louisville as tourists, and this ice cream may have been the high point of our entire trip. I cant wait to visit again.

Love this place, its the best small business ever. Very unique idea (They use Nitrogen to freeze the liquid)) and they have healthy "ice cream" options for those who cant have sugar or gluten. We get the no-sugar almond milk as the base and choose our mix-ins from a wife selection of options. You must experience this place!!

I ordered a mint chocolate chip, green tea, strawberry, and chocolate. The taste of all of these were extremely bland. It is neat that they freeze the cream in front of you but thats about it. The entire family was quiet disappointed and we ultimately went to Kroger to fix our ice cream craving.

This is not good ice cream. My kids and I were all disappointed. After the nitrogen show it was all downhill. I just dont get why anyone would rate this highly. You can get better tasting ice cream from the freezer at your local grocer. If you want the best, go to Graeters.

The owner/operators and staff are always pleasant and helpful. The ice cream is unique with any combination of items imaginable. Each cup is made to order and watching the process of making the ice cream is fun for kids of all ages. We have never had a bad experience here.

This place is pretty cool. They have a lot of ice cream flavor and mix-in combinations to choose from and then you can watch them freeze everything with nitrogen. They also have certain days where they offer cookie or cupcake decorating. Its a good place to take kids.

I had the chocolate custard with chocolate chips. It tasted like milk with chocolate syrup. Very disappointed. I took one taste and threw the rest away. My friends tried it and said the same thing. It was a waste of money. I will not be going back there.

$8 for 2 3oz cups. The Watermelon tasted like Banana. And the gummy bear "mix-ins" were 6 gummy bears in a package... not at all what I expected. While the concept is interesting, next time Ill stop by a real ice cream shop.

The man who was working was very kind And approachable, explained how it worked and talked to me about the nitrogen when I asked Will probably go back for more flavor combos but the hazelnut banana chocolate chip was great

Fun ice cream experience! Never too crowded and lots of choices! A bit more expensive than a $1 cone from McDonalds and a whole lot better. Kids get a kick out of the nitrogen and I get ice cream! Mmmmm lavender.

The ice cream was excellent and the portions were very large! Plus an entire chalkboard full of Star Wars themed desserts? On point! However it was quite expensive compared to our usual favorite, Sweet Frog.

The Vanilla Milkshake was terrible , it tasted like drinking milk and no vanilla taste at all and that for $6 ! to expensive .Go to McDonalds and get a better shake for less .Will not come here again .
