I cant speak for all the cosmetologists there, but save yourself the trouble and dont allow Ashley to work on your hair. I had highlights put in my hair, nothing difficult by far. After her rushing through my hair (literally had foils on my hair for 20 minutes) and putting me under heat, very damaging to hair, the result was not pleasing. My hair was gold, orange and everything in between. She toned it as well, which shouldve eliminated the brassiness, but because she left the toner on for less than a minute, it failed to work. (My hair was a natural medium brown with no color on it) Upon my further examination, I found highlights, or lack there of, to be far away from scalp and blunt lines where the foil was placed. Results of my visit were upsetting to say the least. I went back to have her correct the issues a couple days later and she repeated the same process over again to the t! It was a quick, rushed, service which left me with no better results than what I walked out with the first go around. $130 down the drain. Very disappointed and will not be returning!! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I got a gift card back in April for my birthday. It took me two months to get an appointment for a massage. I have tried to get an appointment for my hair color, a facial, and an eye brow wax for the last few months. They dont take appointments after 5pm. They have signs posted that they take walk ins. Those walking in may not get service. If I cant get service then how are they to get anything done. I have money still left on a gift card and its been almost a year. I may never get to use those funds.

This is the only salon I go to and AJ is the only stylist I trust with my hair! I have been with AJ for 5 years now! She has so much talent and is constantly doing continuing education classes to keep up on the latest trends. I drive over an hour for her and she is well worth it!

This is a great little spa in Mt.Washington. They were able to color-correct a botched job from another salon and the massage was very good. The prices were EXCELLENT and the service was much better than comparable salons in Louisville.
