I went in 2 months ago to get my screen fixed on my NEW IPhone 6+ waited 20 minutes to get my phone back and had to pay $275 and I noticed that the bottom left of my screen was popping up the guy said it was because I have a piece of bent metal underneath the screen and it couldnt be fixed . the next day something was wrong with my phone it wouldnt turn on so I went back and he said he fixed it. 2 days later the left side of my screen when out so I went back again! He changed my screen and I thought it was fixed but the next day my screen started poping up red lines and then it shut off so I went to another place thats at the mall of Louisiana and she took my screen off and showed me that the guy that fixed my phone messed up my battery and bent piece of metal in my phone and thats why The bottom left corner of my screen was popping up. the lady said the metal was bent with a tool and The metal had scratch mark on it. She fixed my phone and I have not had any problems with my phone whatsoever and she even fix my screen so it doesnt pop up anymore my phone looks like new again. The nerdy looking guy that fixes everyone phone is very rude and very cocky and he cannot fix a phone! Their also Wayover price I paid $35 to get a brand-new screen and $20 for a new battery which that guy messed up so I highly recommend going to the mall of Louisiana to go get your phone fixed do not go to smart repair! they will ruin your phone!

Hate this place, I have had so much trouble with them. They buy super cheap defective screens and charge $100+ for a repair that last only a week and you keep having to go back and get a new screen, After awhile the people who repair the screens get mad and tired of repairing your screen even though they keep giving people defective screens, Swiping on its own, Typing on its own, Screen sometimes just straight up wont respond to any touch. Do not go here, They even lost screws in my screen so the screen keeps popping out. Its terrible. I now have to buy a new phone because now its beyond repair thanks to this repair shop. The people who repair your screen are always super hyper on their 10th cup of coffee and 6th energy shot and dont even pay attention while repairing your phone. Definitely would not recommend this and hope people see this review. Hate this place so much, over how many times I have had to get my screen repaired, and then one time they made me pay money because they said that I sabotaged the defected screen, and now I have to pay $100 to get my screen fixed again by them, But they will never get my service again, so please do not go honestly your best off fixing it yourself by watching a youtube video.

Be warned, I got my back glass of my Samsung S7 edge replaced and about a year later the adhesive was releasing the back glass and I didnt know and water got into my phone and doesnt function now. The lifetime guarantee only covers what they did, nothing that could come from their work and they dont guarantee water resistance when they replace front or backs. All they said they could do is reseal the back of my phone, even though I cant use my phone now. No refund or anything because of their lack of quality of glue adhesive and work.

Best kept secret in Gonzales! It was a secret to me anyway, but Im SO glad I found these guys. I shattered my iPhone 6 screen on a Thursday night and they replaced my screen in just 20 minutes Friday morning. No appointment needed, very professional and friendly with very little wait time -- just what I need because my life is busy! As one reviewer stated, their prices are a little higher than Apple; however, its totally worth it for all the reasons listed above...and you dont have to deal with Apple!

I brought my daughters iphone5c in to have the screen repaired after she closed the phone in the trunk of the car (freak accident), I inquired weather the screen from a second 5c that was iCloud locked could be used to repair the broken screen, after being told by att "NO", the guy did an awesome job, the price was reasonable for the swap, and they even offered to buy the broken phone from me for parts at a great price. This place is awesome and they really take pride in their work!!!

I never give reviews but the prompt service and quality of their repair is unlike Ive ever experienced. While their price is a little more than giving it over to Apple, I didnt have to backup my phone, risk losing everything or wait for them to ship it off and ship it back, and had my phone back in my hand in 20 minutes. Very friendly employees who are very knowledgeable about phones and very personalable. Thanks for everything guys!

The guys at In & Out are very professional, honest and friendly. I went there because my company IT person recommended them (we have over 100 company iPhones and IT sends them all their for screen repairs, etc. because they do such a great job and have fair pricing). They were able to help me out with my phone after I attempted to change the screen myself. From now on, I will always bring my phone here for any repairs!

I brought my phone in Tuesday due to positive comments from at&t. Their was delays with a part arriving that caused my phone to take an extra day or two. However Allen was superb in handling it. He assured me it was in his top priorities and showed excellent customer service. Not only will I be sure to come back in the future if the need arises but I will also recommend In and out to any one looking for a phone repair.

I was sent by the AT&T store across the street because my screen was shattered on my iPhone6. It took maybe 15 minutes for them to repair. The price was great considering what replacement of the phone would have been. Last, but not least, both gentlemen working that evening were great, kind, and kept me entertained while I waited so it felt like no time at all. Thanks, guys!

GREAT customer service!!! Fast and friendly. Allen was Awesome and replaced my sons cracked screen so quickly and triple checked it to make sure it was working properly. Very knowledgeable. After several attempts to repair my phone, it seemed that the phone would no longer work. I was credited my repair costs to go toward a replacement refurbished phone. This phone also had issues, but was repaired at no cost to me. Overall, I am happy with what I got, but I ended up having to make 9 trips to the store to get it right.

I will never use them again and I would hope that no one does either. Poor customer service and when they fixed my screen the phone stopped working. and they say they cant see anything that they did wrong to it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They talk to me like I was the stupid one and I find that they dont really know what there doing.
