Update: Since buying our desktop from Orange, my wife bought a Lenovo Laptop. Matt really steered us in the right direction. It was fast when we got it and remains fast. Really durable and dependable. Most recently, I got a Lenovo T420 laptop. Im completely satisfied. I got a great deal, and Im completely confident that I know where to take it if theres something I cant handle. I just got done working for a retail store that sells computers among other electronics, and I can tell you that your money goes much much farther at Orange. I know Im starting to sound like an advertisement, but there was something minor with one of the three computers we bought there. We brought it back, and they fixed it in the shop that day, no questions asked. Show your support for a local business that stands behind its product and thats staffed with people who know what theyre talking about. The big box stores have such high turnover that theres no way for anyone to stay long enough to know anything relevant about what they sell. At Orange, you can spend less money and walk away with better answers and better products. Original review: My wife and I bought a refurbished Dell desktop computer from Orange. Knowing that Matt services what he sells gave us a lot of confidence when buying from him. It was a very positive experience. It felt good to get such a good deal on a nice computer while buying local. If I need more equipment or service, Ill deal exclusively with Matt at Orange.

I suffered a home fire in which nearly all was lost, I did have a computer that did not burn but suffered heavy smoke damage and was not working. I took it to Orange to see if It could be salvaged. Adam, Collin and Steven all worked to help me on the spot. It was determined that it could work but needed a new video card which they could order. I needed this computer to hunt for places to live now so they gave me a video card basically as a loaner until the one they ordered for me came in. When ordering they asked about my needs and what I used my computer for then gave recommendations. They did not try to upsell in any way and actually recommended a very inexpensive video card that would suit my needs. They then waived their diagnostic fee and ordered what I needed at what I suspect was close to cost for them. These guys have earned my trust, respect and my business forever. I will not go anywhere else for computer needs after going through such an awesome customer service experience.

I brought my computer in to Matt in an effort to retrieve a lot of my old files from a dead computer and to get my new computer running up to speed. Matt explained to me all the things that were possible as well as what my costs would be along with where the returns would be diminishing. Being informed allowed me to save money as well as to get the exact things I wanted done, done. I have since sent business to Matt (just recommended him yesterday as a matter of fact) and have called him for little favors in explaining things. I am so excited about working with Matt that I also recently bought a membership to his Hackerspace which essentially for me acts a s a learning space about computers so I can better manage my own. I would recommend Matt for his efficiency, his kindness and the professional way in which he explains technical things in laymans terms.

Ive been coming to Orange computer for I think over a year now once to remove some virus I got on the web, the second time was a few months later and it was some kind of problem I was having. The third time was just a few weeks ago because I had Windows XP and needed a new computer or program. The computer I had was old and about used up. They sold me a refurbished one they had and transferred all my data they could from the old computer. Everyone I dealt with there was very nice and respectful even when I asked things that were very basic to them, they didnt make me feel like an idiot, just a valued customer. Customer Service is very important to me and these people know how to treat you, besides the fact theyre GREAT with computers AND their prices are affordable :) They will have me for a lifelong customer.

Wow! Orange Computer Solutions is great! My laptop would not boot to Windows. I took it to a local Big Box store and it was recommended by the "expert nerds" that I trash my laptop and buy a new one. When I asked them what about all my family pictures on the hard drive, they said it would cost ~$1,200 to retrieve them "if" it could even be done! I found OCS and was suprised to find that all I needed was a new hard drive and that they could probably get all my cherished pictures back! Not only did they do this w/in a few days, but I am not missing a single picture or file! WAIT, the story gets better! My laptop for some reason, crashed the new hard drive and OCS replaced it for free and recovered my files again! By the way, they did this at no charge, since I purchased the hard drive from them! Again WOW!!

Last month I took in an aging desktop PC belonging to my father-in-law for a diagnosis of problems. Unfortunately segments of the hard drive were failing so Orange Computer Solutions assisted us in getting a new laptop computer to meet my father-in-laws needs. Data transfer from his old system to the new one was included. We were also able to leave the old PC and all its components at Orange Computer Solutions for recycling, at NO extra charge! Staff were friendly, efficient and great at explaining how to use the new laptop. I would recommend Orange Computer Solutions to anyone having issues with their computer or if you are in the market to replace your current computer.

For many years I have been the family "computer guy" but since Ive met Matthew and the staff at Orange Computer Solutions I now have an answer for anyone with a computer problem. I carry their business cards in my wallet and refer people every chance I get. They are affordable, friendly and knowledgeable. A computer guys computer guy and a quality resource for your Uncle, Grandma, friend and neighbor. Nathan fixed my 3d printer! When I came in on a whim to see if anyone there knew anything about 3d printers, he immediately fixed it, and then made it run better than it ever has before. I honestly dont know if Ive ever had such a good IT experience. No feeling of being an idiot or doing something dumb and it was my fault the tech didnt work--instead the guys at Orange were friendly, helpful, and let me watch the tinkering so I could fix it myself next time. If I lived in LaCrosse I would send all my computing business to Orange.

Ive been to Orange Computer Solutions a few times now with different problems with my laptop, each time Matthew was friendly and professional, he easily fixed the issues going on with my computer and was very knowledgeable about everything. He is extremely affordable which is great with all the students in the area, i would, and have, recommended orange computer solutions to anyone with computer problems. Matthew will have your problems solved quickly and affordably and you will not be disappointed!
