This team is incredible and has the best customer service I have experienced in my life. I had a desperate need to get my computer from this group after it was fixed over the weekend and I sent a message of desperation in hopes I would get a response. Ryan responded in the morning telling me even though he had work until about 7 he could get it for me after that. This worked out perfectly because I had to leave the La Crosse area by 7:30. You cannot go wrong with a company that values its employees so highly. Thanks PC Solutions! Scott

Hard drive wouldnt boot up. The problem was beyond my ability to fix, as it was with the SATA ports. Ryan figured it out quickly, and actually got it working again! He reconfigured some things and plugged some cables into different locations. Its not a permenant fix, as the motherboard is showing signs of slow death. But hey, it gets me by until I build my new PC. Down time can be costly for those of you who rely hevily on your PC for your business or school. No new parts were needed. No extra costs were thrown in.

Every one can have a bad day. We took our laptop in for a specific error message. The technicians chose to do a blanket systems check. The first fix did not work. When we went back the next day, they said they had to actually see the problem to be able to diagnose it and fix it. We could find what the problem was by just typing the error code into a search engine. We still have the problem, will have to fix it ourselves. I will never go back there, nor recommend it.

My issues were resolved in short order by a very understanding and patient person. Im not the most technical person in the world so most people get frustrated working with me. Not these guys! The time was taken to explain the whole situation in great detail on a level that I understood. I would recommend these guys over anyone in this area. The rest of the folks around here look at me as a number. PCSolutions most certainly saw me as a person. I appriciate that!

Fantastic Service! I continue to be impressed with PC Solutions professional, fast and friendly service. It is such a relief to find a locally owned computer business that does exactly what they say they will do, quickly, and at very good prices. I would not use anyone else now for my personal computers problems - these guys know what they are doing! Theyve even remoted into my computer to prevent bringing my computer in to their shop! Amazing service!

They were able to salvage all my files from a dead hard drive for a very reasonable cost. They were super friendly and while I was in there chatting they also gave me some great advice to help me solve an annoying connection problem Id been having on a different computer. Ryan saved me when I broke my laptop. He not only got all my data off the broken laptop and onto my new one, he was able to fix the original one so we had as a back up.
