I brought my girlfriends phone in that is under my plan to have the battery replaced on her Droid turbo 2 about two weeks ago as I figured it might be more cost effective than paying for insurance to replace it. When there I was told it would be $40 to replace the battery and take 4 days for the battery to come in. Fast forward to this past Friday I call in to see what was going on because I had yet to hear from anyone about it. The guy said the battery had been delivered to their other store and someone had been sent to get it and I could get it the next day. I go in the next day but am told to come back Monday because there was an issue with the phone and the tech felt more comfortable with having the owner work on it, so fine no problem. Go in Monday and when I go to pay for the phone Im told the cost is $79.99. I tell him I was told $40 so he calls up one of the techs I talked to and the guy tells him said $49.99, so fine I pay it($56 after tax) somewhat begrudgingly but at least I didnt get charged double what I was told. Come to today, when I call my girlfriend her speaker on the phone doesnt work. I can hear her but she cant hear me or anyone else that calls her, a problem that did not exist prior to this store working on the phone. In addition to that the back of the phone starts to separate from the body. I am pissed. I go back to give the battery back and get my money back. Guy tells me to come back tomorrow. I leave the store but come back as I find it strange you cant take the battery out in a short amount of time and just give me my money back. When I question this the guy says he has to get his tech to separate it from the glue as if it will take a considerable amount of time. I say fine and leave. When I get home I read the receipt and it says that returns are only good for store credit. I call the tech and question and he says thats store policy, so I tell him Im coming to get my phone and thats what I did. I wish I had seen that store return policy before letting them work on the phone, basically if they mess up youre phone theyre still going to make a profit off you. So now Im out $56 and the money it will cost for the insurance phone. Shoulda just used my insurance, never again.

I have 4 kids with Phones and I pads. You can only imagine how many times Ive been in the waiting area for a repair of these devices. For the first time ever I was not treated like or talked to like just another customer. They make you feel like you are at home. These guys are so honest and upfront about time of repairs! Every repair has been done on time and Ive never had any issue afterwards. So glad I found this place! I will never take my devices anywhere else! Thank you guys! I hope I never see you again but with my reckless kids it will probably be sooner than later! Lol

What service!!! I arrived before the store opened and was greeted by Josh (the service technician) in the parking lot. He assessed my situation quickly and promptly took my phone to work on it. He corrected the issue and even taught me a little about my phone that I did not know. I am very impressed with the customer service and their policy to guarantee their work.

The service technician was friendly and helpful. He fixed our iPhone 5Cs screen (glass, lcd, etc) for $99 and finished in the time specified (20 minutes). I definitely recommend iFixIt in Central if you need a similar services.
