Claude Louis, his company, his staff, their customer service is the absolute best in the area and I would go so far as to say the state. Their knowledge of electronics, persistence to correct the problem, as well as the pricing makes Dot Calm the absolute best choice for all of your electronic needs. I have been driving a hour to Baton Rouge for about 5 to 6 years now just for their service and it is ALWAYS worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Dot Calm to any and EVERYONE. No, I was not paid to leave this comment lol, I am just sincerely satisfied for all the work they have provided. If it plugs into a wall Claude and his team can fix it, if they can not fix it, it is officially broken.

Best tech support and service EVER! After the Geek Squad totally screwed up my laptop for what should have been a simple OS reinstallation, I took my laptop to Dot Calm. They are everything they claim and more! I brought my laptop at lunchtime, and by lunchtime the next day, I was good to go. Before I could not access my MS Office file or my Acrobat files. They got everything all back to normal, and at an extremely competitive price. Do yourself a favor and take your phone, computer, game box, or whatever device you have to these guys! They will get you straight in no time, and at a price that wont break the bank.

We use DotCalm for all our IT stuff. Installed our music system for our massage rooms and lobby, installed our cameras for security, deals with all our network install, constant additions and maintience, not to mention pioneering ideas to keep us high functioning and sane, as well as brings stealth like work time!!! I came in at 1:35 pm on a Saturday just before closing time expecting just to drop off my Dell desktop pc for service the following week. Excellent customer service! These guys worked overtime to get my computer fixed and since they were already closed they met me half way to deliver my computer!
