I know little to nothing about computers, so when ours tanked, I was hesitant to bring it to somebody I didnt really know. I work in the same building as Joe, so knew him a bit, and knew that if his service sucked, I could at least give him the evil eye whenever Id see him. However, he fixed our crappy computer, even coming to our house to see if something in our home environment was the issue, and hes been a great resource for us when little things come up from time to time. Very reasonable, and didnt make me feel like a complete computer moron.

We appreciate Joes patience as he worked with us to custom build a new PC to meet our specific needs and at a good price. He transferred data, e-mails, address books, software etc., from our old, ailing PC and install CDs to the new one which simplified the transition. No critical data was lost. And he was very good about answering our questions. Its been a number of months and the new machine is still running fast and smooth without any problems. Well definately go back to Joe the next time we need some computer help.

Joe was instrumental in helping me set up my website for my new business. It looks great and he continues to give me advice on how to update it. The price was more than competitive and he provided me with invaluable information to keep it current. In addition to my website creation, he has helped me with virus removal on my computers and has set up a home security system to help prevent future virus attacks. I continue to use him as a reference when I have PC issues.

Joe at Sensible PC Solutions is worth going to for your pc troubles. I only had a minor problem with my personal laptop but he approached it in a very thorough and considerate manner. He did a good job of explaining the problem to me and presenting me different options to solve it. I will certainly be using him again if the occasion arises. The location of his office is great and he is also easy to contact after office hours.
