At least they didnt charge me for the work they didnt do! Made an appointment for an Oil Change and State Inspection. During the phone call for the appointment and during the visit in person, I asked about having a couple of dead bulbs replaced, along with looking at the automatic window. After a brief period, I was told that my car was "All set." and I could leave. Unfortunately, the oil had not been changed, the bulbs had not been replaced and the window had not even been looked at.

Charged me $200 for an oil change and coolant flush. Quoted me $1000.00 for brakes and rotors. Complete rip off. These are the type of people that make it so difficult for women to trust mechanics because they clearly take advantage of you.
