I was worried. I had trouble finding a shop. Found ANNAPOLIS Geeks online. My phone call was accepted by a live person and really made me quickly comfortable. I took in my computer with my typical self diagnosis. They explained pricing up front. Took it in and completed the work on time with recommended checks. My diagnosis was wrong. They could have charged me for my work but rather did what was needed. As far as Im concerned the rates were fair, the results exceeded my expectation, and it was ready as promised. What else is there. Thank you ANNAPOLIS Geeks.

Called this company and politely asked if they sold used laptop hard drives to which the response was "Uh probably, theyre going to be around 50 or 60 bucks". I told him that i could purchase a brand new one for that price if not cheaper, to which i got "well why dont you go do that then". Absolutely rude, will never get my business.
