Overpriced, unhelpful, extremely poor customer service. They replaced my harddrive (and charged me a lot of money for the privilege) and when it failed three months later they took absolutely no responsibility for it - its not our hardware, you will have to deal with it yourself. They also wanted to charge me $160 just to copy the data off the faulty harddrive (which they sold me). The manager did not look us in the eyes when he was talking to us. He did not offer any solutions to our problems. These guys are hopeless. Use someone else.

The worst service ever. I received the wrong order and Ive been calling their call center and their local store. I went to the store twice. I tried to chat with an agent online. Nobody is doing anything to help. They just keep transferring you to other units or tell you its in progress. Its been more than 10 days now. I paid $300 for a warranty so I can keep a peace of mind. But it seems like I paid for my own pain. Avoid their service like a plague.
