do not use this retailer --- terrible experience we paid this guy $150 to repair our ipad. it took him 2 months with repeateded phone calls they broke it twice even more so , repaired the wrong part and broke it again. absoluetly no updates from them whatsoever and when we called, the manager acted like we were bothering him. then finally we just went to get it whatever state it was in they had left the screen hanging off glue running down the inside of the glass, the home button no longer worked and he still charged us for the part he said he "repaired" update: 2 days after we recieved the ipad back it broke completely so we took it back and the shop refused to repair the damage they had done to it. ALL IN ALL WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RETAILER THIS GUY IS A COWBOY NOT A BUSINESS MAN USE AT YOUR OWN RISK TO PROPERTY

Replaced phone screen and returned my device with multiple problems. SD card no longer worked, rapid battery drain, screen brightness no longer worked, burn in screen, speaker no longer worked. When I called back to report problems sales person was rude and repeatedly interrupted when I tried asking questions. Hows do you return device to customer with more problems than you fixed. Would not recommend or use again.

We had a Point of Sale system for The Pool Store, Inc. in Gloucester Point that went down and they were able to diagnose it overnight and instructed us how to make the repair. The price was very fair as well. This will be the first computer store we go to if we have any issues.

I found all of the wireless things I needed at a much better price than some of our local stores. Staff was very helpful, actually had to walk me through how to connect my laptop to the modem. I will be back for my home theater stuff as well. Thanks guys!

Walked in looking for a sata cable while waiting for dominos to open, and the employee went to check the back. She came back with two choices and asked which I preferred and said there was no charge! Awesome!!!
