The other night my phone just totally blacked out for no reason whatsoever. After a mild freakout panic, I went to bed & woke up in the morning on a mission to get my phone repaired. After going to a few other places, I was recommended to go to gadget repair pro Best. Advice. Of. The. Day. The staff was super helpful, informative, & patient with me. He explained to me the step by step process with his plan to try to fix my phone & sent me update emails. Unfortunately, when it was determined that my phone would take longer to repair, he again explained to me my options (taking time & money into account). He even provided me with a loaner phone! We decided on a plan together and followed through on his word with keeping me posted with all developments & updates throughout the week. And after giving me all my options, he still provided me time to think through my options without promising them any business at the end of it. Plus, the prices are very competitive. But it is really the customer service that sold me to be a loyal patron of this place and that was 100% the managements doing. They got it down. I highly recommend this spot for phone, computer, and whatever else they repair. Call gadget repair pro and thank me later.

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy III with a broken screen after bringing it to Verizon and being told they wouldnt be able to retrieve any of my pictures or texts. My only option at Verizon would have been to upgrade, which would have been fine, except that it involved them trying to sell me an upgrade on my entire wireless plan (no thanks). The Gadget Repair Pro guys were super friendly and helpful. They explained in clear terms what they were going to do and how much it would cost. No back room negotiations, no hidden costs. They ordered a new phone and swapped out the board for $25. Altogether I paid around $140 and it took a few days for the phone to ship, but it was worth it to me to not have to deal with the hassle at Verizon and to be able to get back my photos, contacts, apps and texts. If you want to keep your money local and be treated like a real human being, go to Gadget Repair Pro first!

So I somehow managed to get my iPhone 6 wet and it decided to stop charging and connecting to my computer. I brought it to a local repair shop and see what they could do with it and they wanted to charge me $100 to have the part replaced. So I happily obliged and paid it. 2 days later the charger port quit working again! I took it back to the same shop I had it repaired and they wanted to charge another $50 because there wasnt a warranty. I said no thanks Ill just switch back to my old phone until I can figure out what to do. I found out about Gadget Repair Pro from driving by and went to check them out. The staff there was very friendly and figured out the problem in about 2 min. Apparently the water ruined the connector for the charger and they cleaned up the area and I was out of there in about 20 minutes for only $40 even with a warranty! I would definitely send my friends there.

I brought a Galaxy S7 to get my screen replaced, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone needing their phone to be fixed quickly or for a reasonable price. I was told that my replacement screen would come in Tuesday or Wednesday the latest but I did not hear from them until Friday when I called them. Apparently, there was a shipment issue, and they wouldnt get my part in for another week. No one emailed or called me to let me know this even after requiring me to pay $162 for the screen and assurance that I would come back. After that, they didnt notify me when my screen was fixed until two days after it was fixed when I called and asked about the delay again. Long story short, I had a cracked phone for a little over a week, and put out $240 for slow service that I could have gotten done quicker, and cheaper at a different spot.

I have an Asus laptop with Windows 7 that somehow got infected with malware. I tried everything I could to remove it from my computer, but it kept returning despite my efforts. I decided to bring it over to Gadget Repair Pro, where the techs agreed to try an diagnose it for me. Nick tested my computer for 5-10 minutes and told me he could have it cleared of any viruses within an hour. I went for a bite to eat nearby and came back about an hour later, and the team showed me the end result. My computer was virus free, and my laptop has been trouble free since, I am happy to report.

My iPhone 6 charging port started malfunctioning, and I figured it was due to water damage. I saw Gadget Repair Pro after getting my haircut at transformations, and I brought my phone in to see if they could help me. The techs inspected my phone and told me they could replace my charging port, and also recommended a water treatment to prevent corrosion from causing further problems. The water treatment takes 24 hours, but I agreed. They even backed up all my files in case of a possible loss, and my phone has been trouble free for over thirty days now. I am very satisfied!

I stopped in to have my iPhone 4S screen fixed after the phone had been dropped several times. The back glass was also pretty damaged, but I didnt want to invest the extra money to fix it because a case usually covers the back. However, they offered to replace the back of the iPhone for half off, which seemed like a pretty good deal. Now my cell phone is as good as new, and probably has much better salvage value. The whole process only took about 20 minutes, so I am ranking it as a very good experience.

Today was my second time bringing a device into Gadget Repair Pro, and my second time leaving the place as a satisfied customer. The shop owners are friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and genuinely interested in solving whatever challenge you come to them with. Today one of the sales techs spent an hour diagnosing and fixing my phone - even replacing a part - at a fraction of the cost of their time and materials. Thanks guys!

I brought in a 2013 MacBook Air that was having trouble holding a charge and a faulty keyboard. The guys here at Gadget Repair Pro replaced the battery and keyboard in only a few days. The price seemed quite reasonable as well, making the experience especially good. The restored computer feels like new, and will be much easier to resell when I move on to a newer device!

I came in this morning to get my phone screen fixed after smashing it last night. I was told it was going to be $130 for a whole new screen or $100 for one that theyve manufactured here with minor imperfections. I went with the cheaper one and I am so impressed! It works perfect and Im so pleased! They had it fixed for me in an hour. For the service its worth the money.
