Rob Mink of Northern Neck Computer Consultants is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When my laptop recently crashed, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix it. The office is in rural Virginia, but Rob can work remotely, and did so for my repair. I became acquainted with Rob and his family when they lived closer. Though now out of the area, I continue to think of Rob whenever a computer issue arises, because hes a pro.
