I appreciate all Plan First Computer Services has done for me. The staff has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. There has been times where they really simplify what is wrong with my computer into a way I can understand. Their services in general has always exceeded my expectations. I also love that their business is local. 5 stars, no doubt.

Their website advertises 3- day turnaround. However, I dropped off my computer and they told me 14 days before they will even look at it. I am picking it up tonight so I can try and fix it myself. Im happy to pay for convenience but this is way to long. Im sure they do good work. Thats probably why the wait is so long.

I hired Plan First to re-do my entire network ( desktops, wiring, servers, etc.) They also take care of maintenance and cleaning the server for us as well. They do a great job!
