I came to CPR Cell Phone Repair because they had the cheapest prices! Which was great however, I went to get my iPhone 6s repaired. I was told an hour and a half. When I came back to pick up my phone I was told the touch ID was unavailable, that the screen wasnt a good screen that they had installed RED FLAG 1. They told me to return the following day and that they would have more iPhone 6s black screens, they also said they would notify me when they are available so I can drop off my phone. Later that day my touch ID and whole home button stopped working RED FLAG 2. I was never notified the following day, I came into the store on my own. Explained the issue about the previous day they replaced it no problem. When I received my new screen I was satisfied until an hour or so later when my left bottom screen stopped working, I also purchased a screen protector from the store to prevent from future drops. I came back into the store and explained my left bottom screen had stop working, that I couldnt even make phone calls. He asked me had I dropped it I told him no. He said he examined it before I left and it wasnt a crack in the screen. Later explained he couldnt replace it because it wasnt under their lifetime warranty. IF. Not saying I did, had dropped the phone or banged it shouldnt the screen protector I purchased from the store be cracked before the actual screen? Or is the screen product is not genuinely from Apple which would explain the cheap cost in repairing my screen and the random glitches my screen has been having after CPR installed a new one. Overall Im unsatisfied with the service that was provided. A little unorganized. I wouldnt recommend it.

Go anywhere but here! Took my wifes cracked iPhone into them. Everything was working on the phone before I gave it to them minus the crack in the phone. After an hour I came back to pick it up and was told the phone would not turn on. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. So now I am out a 700$ phone. They take zero responsibity for their work. I overheard them youtubing ways to fix it. They are not phone experts and should not be in business. Wish I could give them a worse rating. I hope the owner takes pride in his business and fixes this propblem.

No complaints from me. The guy was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and got it fixed like it was nothing. In and out in under 30 minutes I would say. I dropped a 45lb dumbbell on my iPhone. I called in about one hour and 15 minutes before closing and got a quote. Showed up 15 minutes later and had my phone fixed and out the door in under 30 minutes. Great service. It was about $20 cheaper than my deductible for a new phone with the temper proof glass added on, so I tipped $30. I would definitely recommend.

Went in 10 minutes before closing and wanted to pick it up my broken screen the next day. Darius was professional and said it would only take 15 minutes. I said I was in no rush and politely he assured me that it was no problem. I was in and out in 15 minutes. So happy I read the reviews on google first because they were a lot better overall. Very pleased with the service, price and quick repair. Thanks Darius you have a customer for life.

Went in with tablet with cracked screen. Technician told me he couldnt find the replacement screen. I googled it at home and found at least 5 websites that sold the screen. I called back the next day, told him I found one and asked how much for them to install it. In a very curt manner he told me $45 and nothing (not even his installation) would be guaranteed. Nice. Not only expensive, but dont back their work.

The service was great and fast. Will definitely recommend this store for any issues with my phone or friends phone. I dropped my iPhone in water and it was underwater for 6 hours. I didnt know it cause I fell asleep and the gentleman told me he would take care of it and will have it ready by the next day. Darius is a life saver and CPR was the first time I ever trusted someone with my phone. Thank you so much.

Went in for a cracked screen replacement. Took them two weeks to get replacement part in. Once in, the replacement part did not work. Took it in again to get replaced and when it came back, the camera, GPS, and light sensor did not work. Basically, they destroyed the phone. Gave up and bought a new one.

They did a great job fixing my iPad. My biggest gripe is that the repair contract states that if you leave your device for 5 days after the repair is completed, it becomes their property. I think 30 days would be much more reasonable. That being said, I did not run into an issue with this.

Would not recommend. My phone brightness has gone bad after they fixed the screen. The brightness doesnt go up all the way. Used cheap screen to replace my cracked one. Refused to give me a full refund even when I asked them to put my old screen back on so I can go to a different place.

My brother had dropped has iPad so many times, it not only had a cracked screen, it also had a bent frame. Location offered to attempt repair but no promises (which considering state of iPad was reasonable). Was unable to repair, but did not charge for attempt. Very friendly service.

I called in to see what it would cost to get my iPhone screen fixed and was told 99.00. When I got there I was told 160.00 and u ask why the difference I was told because the iPhone 6 had a bigger screen and that I should have known it would be more. Service was rude.
