(I cant remember my Yelp password so thisll have to do.) The owner is the most honorable tech repair person I have ever encountered. Went in for a standard cracked phone screen repair, complications occurred and I ended up having battery problems following the repair. Even though he said this had nothing to do with the screen repair and he probably wasnt contractually obligated to do anything, he spent an entire day fixing up my phone at NO EXTRA COST. After that repair, I had headphone jack problems and he fixed that up in like 20 minutes. I was probably the customer from hell, and he was so nice the entire way through. Only charged me the standard cost for screen repair (~$100 for iPhone 5). Ive referred two of my friends with water damaged laptops to him and both had great (given the circumstances) experiences. One of my friends is getting his battery replaced and said they really know what theyre doing. The other one of my friends took her laptop in and was told straight up that it cant be saved. Respect for not dragging her along - once upon a time at another tech repair place, I was kinda duped into buying a new battery for my water-damaged laptop when in reality, my MacBook was clearly FUBAR and the battery did nothing to fix it. Fennec Fox wont waste your time or your money - sometimes I worry for his business because hes so honest. Yeah, hes that good. Also, very cool Algerian rugs in the shop.

Fast, Good, Nice and Cheap! My computer was broken, and I had to go to Cornell Store and wait a couple of days paying a high fee just for checking and not having a solution. I came to Djamal and he fixed it in less than an hour. He was very clear that he wont be charging me for just checking. I needed my computer ASAP, and he fixed my laptop and replaced my iPhone screen in a short time. He is also really nice. I highly recommend him!

Basically woke up, found my phone with a ton of code and numbers on the screen and thought it was gone. My friend had her laptop fixed here so I thought Id give it a shot. I took it here and he fixed it in a matter of hours at a VERY reasonable price. Excellent service, he explained what the issue was and even backed up my content for me. I would highly recommend to anyone with laptop, phone, or general electronic device issues!

After a botched "home repair" on my Iphone6 they fixed my screen and internals to like-new condition. 5 months later the same phone was stuck in a "reboot loop" and wouldnt turn on. I brought it in and it was fixed within 4 hours of drop-off. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and arent afraid to steer you towards something that doesnt directly benefit their shop. Theyre truly in business to help their customers.

I couldnt recommend this shop more highly. When I took my laptop, which had an issue with its display monitor, to Fennec Fox the price was very competitive--less than half of what would be charged at Staples for such a repair. The service was extremely reliable, and I am typing this post on the computer that was fixed :) Great guy, great service. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Hands down the best tech repair experience I have ever had. My daughters iphone 5s stopped responding to touch. I went in to Fennec Foxs and was helped immediately. The phone was repaired by the end of the afternoon for 1/5 of the price I was quoted by the local competition. I have recomended this place to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I had such a great experience going to Fennec Fox Tech Repair! The owner did a wonderful job fixing my Toshiba laptop screen! He took really good care of my laptop for such a reasonable price! I recommend to everyone trying to fix their electronics! Plus the shop has such a welcoming vibe with unique decorations! Best place in town for sure!

This place is awesome. My phone was fixed in a half an hour and he even charged me less because I had just gotten it replaced by someone else. There is a three month warranty and repairs are cheaper than any place in Ithaca. I watched the guy fix my phone and I saw him test it to make sure my camera, keyboard, and sensor all worked properly.

The owner is so legit as he is a computer engineer and has a lot of experience which made me feel confident in his ability. I dropped off my laptop and in 25 minutes, the owner was able to fix my problem and charged me a great price! I would highly recommend this place for people who want to get their laptop up and running in no time.

Fast, friendly, professional service. I brought my toshiba laptop there for a screen issue. Djamel looked at it, gave me a free diagnostic (either loose connection or a screen in need of repair). It was the first, and he repaired it right there in about 30 min. Charged the standard amount for such a repair. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience getting my MacBook fixed. its in a very convenient location and I managed to get my computer fixed between classes. the service was great and he doesnt charge anything to diagnose the device. Apple quoted me 4 times more than he charged.

Friendly and helpful technicians. It turned out that fixing my laptop screen needed a spare part that can only be ordered from China. They did not charge me anything and gave me a few advices of how to install an external screen without a working screen.

I always recommend Jovac to my friends when they have issues with their phone or laptop. He was so helpful when I had water damage to my iPhone. Hes also very nice and if he cant fix your device, he wont charge you anything to diagnose the issue.
