I ordered the part for my phone and was advised that it would be in in 2-3 days, which ended up taking a week. I made an appt to drop my phone off and was advised it would be completed within the hour. I realize places get busy and came back in 2 hours expecting to pick up my phone and I still had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be finished. Then 2.5 hours later, my screen isnt working at all. Terrible experience from start to finish and now I have to trust that theyll fix it under warranty, even though itll probably stop working once I leave again. The worst part, it was working fine before I brought it in, my screen was just really cracked. So either the part is bad, or they messed it up putting it together. Regardless, once its fixed AGAIN, I wont be going back.

So helpful! My PS4 wasnt turning on and they got it working again (just needed a good cleaning!). They are super nice, especially Courtney, call you with updates on your device, and great at explaining what will be done to help you. Will definitely be going to them with any of my electronics!

Not happy at all with how they handle things. They barely answered my phone calls, they lie through friendly masks, and they dont rake accountability for failure in a repaired device. Like how hard is that to do? Oh and dont expect a refund if your phone fail after their repair either.

I suggest that all of my friends try this business when you have a problem with your cell phone, laptop, iPad, etc. John is a genius, Erika is professional and kind. I cant say enough about the service I received. AND, it is reasonably priced. Located in Hidenwood Shopping Center.....

Amazing service! The sweet girl up front was great and James fixed my daughters iPod when nobody would touch it because the part was "too hard and risky" to repair. Will be going back if I need repairs in the future, you guys are awesome!
