They are definitely the real thing, honest and affordable. They have gone far and beyond trying to help me which says a lot considering that businesses nowadays just try to get a quick buck from you. They are an old school business where "customers always come first". They have also helped me and my business a number of times when I needed my computers urgently, even working after hours. I feel that they dont talk down to you like some techs do (and those who try to pull a fast one on you) but are sincere/ very down to earth. They have a knack of bringing themselves down a level to make one understand things. Definitely skilled and good at what they do.They have saved me a good amount of money by asking me to look at better deals on other websites when looking for some computer products. Highly recommended!
