The best way I can describe this "repair shop" as it is called, by the old saying "you get what you pay for". However, in my case I wasnt even that lucky. I own an HP touch screen laptop that somehow acquired two large cracks in the screen. While it was still operable I decided to take it to fix my computer where I was told "no problem, Ill order the part which will take about a week, and Ill call you when its done." I thought great, he only quoted me $125 or so to fix it and hed call me if there were any changes. Almost two weeks go by without contact so I called him to find that he had ordered the wrong part from China, itll be another week. One week later, I am still wondering why I havent gotten a single phone call I was promised when I dropped off the computer. I call again, guess what? Next part wasnt the right one either. You guessed it, one more week passes in which I am without a computer. I call again to be told that HP and his supplier is the issue, the real part I need is going to be over $400 uninstalled. Nope, I decided Im coming to pick up my computer I dont wish to make that kind of payment after all this time. This is when I began to get insulted and screamed at over the phone by the owner of this "business". He immediately became defensive and went on about how it isnt his fault, I cant come pick up my computer because its in 100 pieces in his shop, etc. I told him especially at this point I would just like my computer back as I have no interest in continued business with you. He told me that it is ridiculous I couldnt understand the terms he was using the describe the parts, and that I couldnt understand why he couldnt put my computer back together. I now understand that he couldnt put it back together because in the process of taking it apart, he did more damage to it. He told me it would be 140$ to put it back together and it wouldnt be touch screen anymore. So I am paying you more than I was quoted originally for my computer, which was more functioning when dropped it off? After much debate and the WORST customer service (SCREAMED at and INSULTED) I have ever witnessed even in movies, I picked up my computer without a screen and was charged $63 for this "professionals time." I advise nobody use this man as a repair service. I cannot speak for his retail items as they seem to have good reviews but when it comes down to repair (which his shop is named of), its definitely worth spending the extra buck to go to Best Buy or other shops who care about your business and at least has the courtesy to treat you like a wanted customer. Hell, they might even give you a phone call when your repair takes a month longer than quoted.

I have had nothing but good experience with this place and the owner. He has been honest and up front and made good on his word when I have brought equipment in for repair or when I bought a nice portable Dell PC from him two months ago. He tested my wifes laptop on the spot and found the source of the problem within minutes. I also brought him my Canon Pixma computer, which had fallen off my desk (I tripped over the cord) and wasnt working anymore. He said "It will cost you $20 to take a look at it and I cant promise you it can be fixed. Youll have to decide if its worth $20 to find out." Thats fair. I got it as a refurb back in December of 2007 anyway and got MORE than my moneys worth out of it. I paid $20, called him a couple of days later and he said "Yeah, its dead." He then explained WHY it was dead and I was satisfied. This guy knows his stuff and is confident and direct when he tells you both the good news AND the bad news. Yesterday I upgraded the RAM on my wifes laptop and, yeah, I could have just gone online and saved a couple of bucks, but Id rather keep the money local. His prices are more than fair. Like I said, hes sure and direct when he answers questions and gives you info. Some people cant handle direct. Personally, I love it. This guy is NO B.S. and is my go-to for sure.

Rude but got the job done. Thats the only reason Im giving any stars. I called about my computer not starting up and he seemed very disintrested in my problem. I took it in and was told it would be 20 bucks to look at. I thought it was reasonable and let him have a go at it. Half way through he said i hope you know this is beyond the usually 20 buck service check right now. I actually didnt know by the way. When he was almost done he called a customer because they gave him the wrong password and yelled at them telling them they gave the wrong password and tell him over the phone. All in all if you desperately need something checked go there , but dont expect good customer service

I have mixed thoughts on this place. My husband didnt want to fix our computer right away because of the cost, but I found this place and asked A LOT of questions about price before taking it to them. Only $65 to get a virus scan done, so I took it in. After running scan and finding it couldnt be saved, he took all my files off and gave us the computer back because we had the windows disc to restore it ourselves, but he wouldnt give my files back unless I paid him more $$. We would have been able to take the files off ourselves and he knew that--just wanted more money. Cost was good/ethics, not so good. We didnt buy back my files. :(

All I want to say is THIS GUY IS AWESOME!!! TRUELY AMAZING PROFESSIONAL. Read below. One day my radio in my truck started acting up and after taking it apart I realized that the processor was loose. I went to use my soldering gun to reattach the broken contacts, only to find out my soldering gun bit the dust. I remembered there was a computer store down the road and decided to drop in and see if they might do it for me. I walked in met Dave the owner and asked him and he agreed to give it a shot. 2 hours later he had it soldered and my radio was alive for $20! I will come back to this shop again. Great guy great service!

I had an old toshiba laptop and I was looking to trade up to a newer computer for some video editing capabilities. My friend told me about this place and said they had a Macbook Air for a couple hundred dollars. I decided to see if they would take my old computer for some money. Walked in and met Dave and Even. I asked Dave what he would give me for the computer and it seemed fair to me. I walked out happy with the MacBook Air. Awesome place, great service, and a good trade up! Thanks guys!

I work at a church on the same street as this shop. Suddenly my laptop shut down and wouldnt restart no matter what I did. I brought it in and had great customer service. Everything works perfectly now and the owner really took his time in explaining things to me. On the day that I picked up my laptop it was raining and I had no laptop bag. The owner was thoughtful enough to wrap my computer in a plastic bag so it wouldnt get wet. I had a perfect experience here and I will be back.
