MRO Computers stated they could fix our iPad 2 that had been dropped and the screen cracked. After a week they called and said that their technician further damaged the iPad and we need to now buy additional parts. Frustrated by the fact that we now have to pay for a part that their employee broke we approved the repair to be told a week later that they had broke the new screen and needed to reorder, luckily they took the cost of that mistake. Once they said it was completely repaired we took it home and discovered that the home button didnt work correctly.We took it back and explained that the button didnt work and they seemed to find every excuse in the book to say that we really didnt need the button. So after spending over $260 to fix the iPad we have a new screen and a half working iPad. I just wished they would have said that your broke the iPad and we cant return it to normal instead of happily taking our money and giving us the "Gee were sorry." shoulder shrug. I would have happily went and purchased a new iPad and accepted their answer but I dont accept poor quality work and being charged for their employees mistake. By the way they did fire the employee but were happy to keep the $260.I wouldnt recommend using their services if you need an iPad fixed.

Having little to no knowledge about computers and my minimum needs for hardware as a business professional, I turned to Michael Barnes of MRO Computers to build one of my most recent Personal Computers. These guys are AWESOME!!! And Im not one to give out reviews lightly. Ive been using this company for at least eight years, and they have always been ready to immediately help me with any issue Ive had with a computer. I went in once with my backup drive that I had been told by "the geeks" was dead and no data could be retrieved. MRO took it from me and worked zealously on it, taking it apart and repairing it. They searched high and low for the name of the file that I had to have. I then received a call from them that it was ready, and when I went in and was told the good news that they have gotten all the data back and found my file, I literally broke down in tears!!!! Please, before you need this kind of help, enlist their guidance and expertise to show you how to be smart and protect your computer. You will not be sorry!!! S. Feehery

I have been taking my sick computers to MRO for the last 10 years. I was a school teacher when I first found this company. I have left happy and have always had a happy computer. Teachers can really put some data on a computer. You want to see someone cry? Well, tell a school teacher that all her lesson plans are gone. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED WITH ME. This is a professional and knowledgeable company. Now I have retired and I still go in with my computer. I played (OK, I tried to fix it myself) I just knew everything would be lost. The salesperson was as friendly and courteous as could be. When I returned opened my fixed computer there to my surprise were all the pictures of my grand-babies and new puppy. My computer works perfectly. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

would NOT recommend taking anything there. Owner is rude........prices are too high. Spent $465.00 on fixing my computer then called about a power cord the VERY NEXT DAY. Was informed it was either $5.00 or $10.00 depending on the type. My business partner went to pick it up........the OWNER looks it up online and sees that there is also $6.00 shipping.......SO......he tags the shipping cost on to the $10.00 cord and says "well, we are like 7-11, we have it right here"...........and charged me $20.00???. Then we got it home and figured out it was the wrong cord......called him......."oh, we cant take it back....says so on the receipt".........REALLY???. BAD BUSINESS. Also........go next door to Winstons and ask THEM about their experience with MRO

I just cant say enough positive about MRO Computers. . I have a MacBook Pro from 2011. It was running slow. MRO doubled my RAM to 8GB and copied my slow 5,400 rpm @ 500GB to a Western Digital "Black" drive that is 7,200 rpm and 750 GB. It was like getting a new Mac computer for $365.00. The staff is professional and friendly. They explained everything for me. English is a second language for me, yet the staff went out of their way to be patient and make sure I understood all before proceeding. They even have a Remote Managed service for my Mac starting at just $9.00 USD per month. I live in Venezuela and they can fix my system for me. Thank you MRO Computers. Wish I could give more than 5 stars... !!! :))

I have taken 2 desktops, and a couple laptops to Mike and his crew for service. Everything from software issues bogging down my system to a hard drive crash, the MRO gang solved the problem and got me back on line quickly. Now, I was able to bring my PCs to them verse having an in-home or on-line service, but I am sure those services would be handled just as expertly. The thing I liked the most, my problem was treated as though it was their problem. I felt like they attached the same sense of urgency to finding a resolution as I did. Thanks gang.

Ive been working with Michael Barnes and his company for 15 years. Every service they provide is top-notch. Whatever computer-related situation you face, they will guide you from start to finish, with first-class service the entire way. Ive been a "computer guy" for over thirty years, and Michael Barnes is MY computer go-to guy when I run into a problem. Ive known Mike and his team since 2002 when I purchased my first custom built system. I have purchased four systems from Mike over the years and have never had any issues. I know that if I would have had any issues, Mike would stand solidly behind his work. Mike has always gone the extra mile and made great suggestions based on my computing needs.
