i dont recommend geek squad at all..i have bad experience with them...i was told by the agent that i dont have to pay anything to replace my phone due to charging issue but still need my bank account information just incase i fail to send back my old phone to them. I was not happy when i found out that night that they took $158 out in my bank account..called geeksquad right away and they told me thats a service fee..i ask for a refund and i send back the replaced phone back..i just called the customer service and it will take 24-48 hours for approved and up to 5 business days to show my refund in my bank account. i will never use geeksquad anymore!!!

Geek Squad has the rare employees who are skilled both at customer service and computer knowledge. They were able to console me as I had a bit of a break down over my computers near death, then also able to restore my computer and all my data. Efficient and convenient as well.
