I purchased my computer in Lawrence, Kansas. I called the Lawrence store to get the specs on my computers internal webcam so I could re-install its drivers, but to no avail. I thought Id try searching the internet for the specs on my own. I initially called the East York Store & had the employee essentially tell me, "Were not the Spartan Manufacturing Company" & essentially hung up on me. THEN I called their West York Store & talked to James. Talk about customer service! James eventually told me they didnt manufacture Spartan computers, but he was willing to listen. I was just so thankful to find someone who was willing to help me undo all the problems a Microsoft technician remotely created for me. He couldnt do much but was willing to walk me through restoring my computer back to a previous workable point. I know Ill have to find a technician near me I can trust, which may take a while, but I cant tell you how happy I was to find a someone who knew what he was talking about. Cant thank you enough James!

I went to Spartan Computers because I needed information from a broken jump drive. I started out at the White Street location in York, PA and was directed to the Memory Lane location because the tool that was needed was down at the moment. What was already a good experience turned even better when I interacted with Amon Ledwich at the Memory Lane location. Not only was Amon able to retrieve all of the data I needed, he did so immediately with great customer service! I highly recommend this company and I know that I will use them in the future as well. Also, I found their prices to be reasonable especially on such short notice.

Spartan Computers came up with a solution to fix my ultra-thin computer lid which had been overextended by accident. The lid split into layers at the lid seam near the hinge exposing some of the inside components. Amon came up with a quick solution using an Iphone glue which made it look and operate like new for a very very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with the service. I found out from the Samsung dealer that my other option was to pay over $400 for a completely new lid (with LED screen). Spartan has my complete endorsement.

Spartan fixed my laptop screen, when I went to pick it up, they were late opening the store, had to wait, oh well. Laptop worked fine. A couple months later, a screw came out of the screen and caused separtion. Took laptop back, sign on door, return in 5 min, guy said they do use some kind of lock-tite(?); but if they do, it did not work. He said I would have to pay for an hour labor. Not happy.

My computer was locked out by the fbi virus. I Went to these guys and 1 day later got my computer back. Was really surprised at how fast I got my computer back. hooked it back up and to my enjoyment it was faster then it had ever been. I would definalty use them again for any computer problems. Staff was very friendly and took the time to explain to me how to avoid getting viruses like that.

The right hinge broke on my Dell laptop Amon at Spartan looked at the laptop and told me they had to order parts. I took the laptop with me since it did work When the part came he took the hard drive out and gave it to me, because there is company information on it, and repaired the laptop in less than 2 hours Great service at a fair price Thanks

I had the fbi virus and couldnt get into my computer. Dropped it off one day and the very next day they had it up and running with no more fbi virus. I cant remember the last time my computer ran this fast. No more annoying toolbars and they put a good antivirus on it for me. If you havent used these before I would definitely recommend them

These Guys are very friendly and very experienced In Laptop repair. Very fast service Fixed my broken laptop power jack in 1 day!. I would recommend this place to my friends and family, And unlike many chain stores these guys the treat you like a person and not a potential sale.

Very unhelpful. They were not crystal clear about upfront fees from the start. They never got back to me when they said they would. I had to call them weeks later just to find out that there was nothing they could do and now I owe them $40. Terrible experience

I had my computer looked at three times by a competitor for the same problem and they couldnt fix it. Spartan fixed the problem in 1 day and I was back up and running. I highly recommend them.

GO FAST

Replaced fan in computer and took it home and keyboard didnt work. The tech said he didnt even check if every thing worked. $115 for a half fast job. Brought it back and got it fixed.
