DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! The worst. Overcharge like nothing else. Charged me $100 just to tell me that it could be "this part OR the other part." Basically this half of the tv or the other. Will never do business with them again. And after the first $100 they wanted $300 more to fix it! Just to replace a circut board. Which is only 6 screws and 5 wires that snap into place! I did it myself under 5 minutes! Such a rip off. I wish i could give them no stars!

We had our television mounted through them. My grandmother is ecstatic about the excellent service she received. She isnt really tech savvy so they even put notes on her phone for future use. There was a special going on so they programmed a remote that is able to work with every device we had on our home system. So happy we worked with Geek Squad.

Sloppy reservation management! Waited over a week after putting in a reservation online just for them to tell me they dont have a tech who can install a remote starter kit. On top of that they waited until I show up with my kit to tell me they cant install one they didnt provide. Just sloppy!!
