Id give Tork Erol 10 stars if I could. Firstly, he fixed my laptop in 2013 to perfection, in a day, unlike Geek Squad who said that they had to send it off to be repaired for a small fortune!!??!! Tork was fast, reasonably priced and patient with my not-so-technical knowledge. Secondly, he got my $2500 tower up and running perfectly today. He supplied me with an adaptor, a cord, software, updates AND he made a house call because the tower is super big and heavy. He got back to me quickly. All the memory in the computer remained the same (some places take memory and replace it with less), and now I can print wirelessly from my pad, laptop and desktop. AND he works on the weekend, as I am typing this on my new desktop!! Hes my IT guy and I will always utilize his services to keep my equipment up and running. I trust him totally and the price was very reasonable for the work he did. DO NOT go to anyone or anywhere else before you go to NORFOLK PC. I so highly recommend this company a thousand times over!!! Torks a genius.

My 3 month old, $300 HP laptop fell off the bed when I was sleep, I pushed it off I guess =( Walmart, Geek Squad (who wants a deposit to tell you what you already know and said it will take between 2 and 4 weeks to have it ready for pick-up), and some computer repair in Military Circle Mall store said the screen was cracked. I looked online, saw Tork had the most reviews, and his reviews looked real & positive. I called him and asked him a million questions because I know nothing about computer repair, am a skeptic, and was ready to very reluctantly just buy a new one out of distrust of anyone working on it. He was cool about answering all my questions. I met him and showed him my cracked screen. He said itll take 2 hours and it actually took less time. I picked up my computer under 2 hours of dropping it off. My laptop is as good as new (Im using it to write this review), I saved about 50%, and he is my go-to computer guy from now on. Tork is excellent, even to a skeptic.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! My memory card in my camera somehow became corrupted and I could not transfer the photos (of wildlife that had come into my backyard over a 2 year period) from the memory card to a thumb drive or DVD. I was afraid the photos were permanently lost as others were unable to recover the photos. I read the wonderful reviews of Norfolk Computer Fix and decided to take my memory card problem there. Tork Erol was able to recover all my photos and transfer and save them! Tork has enormous competency and is able to deal with very challenging problems, much fairness in pricing, outstanding customer service. He genuinely wants to help his customers and his professionalism is stellar in every way possible! I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody who has an electronic problem and wants the best possible outcome!!!

Tork of Norfolk PC Fix is a life saver! I am a self employed consultant and my business depends on keeping my computer up. Eighteen months ago, on a Saturday afternoon my computer went down and I found Norfolk PC Fix on the Internet. He diagnosed my problem, fixed the power supply and I was up by that evening. My computer would not start up, I went to Google to search for a repair shop and Norfolk PC-FIX was among the top. This company was the only one with a large amount of reviews so I called. The reason there are so many reviews is because the Service, Speed of repair, and price are among the best in the business. Tork was very professional and I had a comfortable gut feeling about him as soon as we met. My hard drive needed replaced which was no surprise to me and Tork gave me the price of one faster than the one that I had and the top of the line that he recommended. The price was fair and I had my computer back the next day. Fantastic job Tork, and Thank you.

Highly recommended. 01AUG2017 - Here it is a year later and I still cant say enough good things about the customer service that Tork provides. The storm came but left me without a running computer. I called Tork and was able to drop off my computer within an hour. He was able to repair and return my computer in less than two days just in time to complete my last assignments and exam. Thanks again Tork. Tork has been servcing my computer needs for the past three years with excellent repairs and upgrades. I will not go anywhere else for he also provides customer service and great prices.

Tork is absolutely amazing! I just had a huge meltdown at my work with my computer. I thought I had erased all my information on quick books for the year of 2016. So I went online to try and call a support number for INTUIT which turned out to be a complete scam. They wanted to charge me $700 to fix my computer. I almost did pay it in complete worry but decided to call Tork just in case he could come by. He dropped what he was doing and fixed it with in 5 minutes of being here. He only charged me $60. Hes absolutely amazing and will only use him for any computer issues.

Great service. I thought I knew what was wrong with my mother-in-laws PC, but wasnt sure and didnt want to order parts that might not be right. We took the PC in, and it was immediately diagnosed, two new sticks of RAM got popped in and it worked right away. Price for time was extremely reasonable, and we were delighted. Going to take husbands old clunker in next to see if it is worth salvaging. One thing of which to be aware, it is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. We got help carrying the box down the stairs.

Dont be turned off by the fact that this is a residence. Tork was able to fix my laptop really quikly which is what I needed! My laptop was dropped right where the charger plugs into the compter, which caused it to bend. The charging port itself also ended up being broken. Best Buy estimated a 3-4 week wait to to have the computer sent off and repaired. Tork was able to fix it that day within a few hours. I dont know how his prices compare, but the money was worth it to have it fixed the same day I took it in.

Superb! Norfolk PC-Fix met and exceeded all of my expectations with extremely fast, courteous and professional computer specialist services. That said, the prices were extremely reasonable when compared to larger, chain type providers that wanted to charge me triple what Norfolk PC-Fix ended up charging.
