I was in need of someone to remove spyware and viruses that my antivirus program was not removing. My computer would no longer log onto the internet and it was running really slow. A friend had told me that soon the computer would not start up at all unless I got rid of the infections and that was the only way to get back my internet connection. I found Jim at Savemore from his listing and web page on the Internet. After speaking to him on the phone I could tell he knew what was wrong and I liked that he quoted me a price in advance before I even took the computer to him. I had called several other places and they did not want to give me a price on the phone and they told me it would take a week or more before I got it back. When I went to pick up my computer just 24 hours later Jim actually booted it up on the premises and showed me what to do to prevent infections in the future. The computer ran like it was brand new and I was so impressed with the results I also took him my other desktop and my laptop. All three are running fast now and I now know how to keep from getting viruses and spyware. I could not be happier with the service and results I got from having my computers worked on by Jim. I highly recommend Jim and Savemore.

I never write reviews, but in this case, it is a pleasure to highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs computer service or repair. I use my computer for my photography business and while I was working on a major project, it stopped working. I was in panic mode. After two prominent businesses cancelled appointments and didnt return my calls, I found Jim. He returned my call promptly and said I could meet with him and drop off my computer immediately. I spent almost 2 hours with Jim, providing what information I could. That afternoon and evening Jim worked on it and called me at 10:00 PM. Over the next three days Jim fixed the problem, entered updates, added protection, cleaned the computer and my external hard drives, and much more. Jim also spent many hours researching how to fix another issue I had with the photography program. During the four days we met three times and Jim called me about 5 times. I was thrilled to have my computer running perfectly and to have accomplished other tasks that I put off for years. Jim charged me about half of what he should have and other companies would have. Im also pleased that Jim will be there for me in the future.

My Dell Latitude 600 running Windows XP froze and had to do manual shutdowns. I found Jim from Savemore and he responded to my message within 1 hour, spoke to me on the phone for initial troubleshooting, and then made an appointment with me to drop off. Had the computer back within 2 days. Price was reasonable and Jim was transparent, clear and very thorough about his service, fees and work product. Best Buy or Staples or any of these major companies do not have anything on Savemore. Personalized service and responsiveness are key elements these places dont have. Jim even gave a directions sheet upon pickup so as to avoid any issues with viruses. Give Savemore a try if you want to save your computer.

I normally dont write reviews but felt compelled to because of the great customer service. I had a problem with a piece breaking off in my charging port and expected to have to bring in my laptop and leave it for a few days and pay good money to get it repaired. Instead Jim gave me some advice over the phone and I fixed it myself in no time at all. Very honest guy that genuinely cares about the customer. I will definitely contact him again if I have any problems and recommend his services to anyone with any computer problems.

I went to Jim when I had a virus on my computer. I googled computer repair and after reading his reviews went to Jim to get my computer fixed. I feel thankful that I found him. He is honest,thorough and really good at what he does. He repaired my computer in a timely manner and then took the time to walk me through what he did and how not to get myself in the same situation. I will continue to use him in the future for all of my computer needs. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

You wont find a friendlier, more knowledgeable and reasonably priced repair shop in the area. If you have any questions concerning what Jim thinks the job may entail or the steps he will be taking to resolve your problem, then you werent paying attention because he does not shrink from freely supplying those details. I strongly recommend his repair shop!
