Recently I was forced to find another place for my Computer business. I had just spent $80.00 the day before to have another person attempt a fix from his home, but in my opinion he didnt know what to do with a sound issue I had. You always worry when you chose a new computer fix it shop, so when I dropped it off at The Computer Shop, I was a little scared someone might enter my personal information. I had six issues that needed fixed. John the owner made me feel comfortable. The shop and office were very clean. Ron serviced my computer and in fact had me bring in the printer the following date. He notified me I was out of black ink, ask me to purchase same, and the six problems were taken care of. He only charged me for one day. I attempted to pay for the second day but he refused. He asked me to refer the company to anyone I know who might need service. I felt at peace and intended to write this letter because I needed to tell them as well as he public, what a good job The Computer Shot did. In closing, take my advice and try The Computer Shop.

This is a great place with extensive knowledge in hardware and software. I used to work here, and I know from the inside. You get to know customers on a personal and professional level. Between 1989-1990 is when they have been around, so you do the math, they obviously know what theyre doing. John, Ron, and Andy are top notch and will go above and beyond. You may or may not believe this, but other "popular" repair places come to them for help. Although the pay wasnt great for me, I have no complaints otherwise.

I sit in front of my computer for 12 hours a day and when my hard drive failed, the guys at the Computer Shop had recovered all my data transferred it to a new hard drive and had me back up and running in less that 5 hours. They are very professional and gave me all the options and costs up front. No hidden fees or "uh-oh" calls saying it would cost more that they quoted. I would recommend this shop over any other in the area for any computer needs.

Usually do most of my own repairs & troubleshooting except when it comes to laptops with broken displays or similar issues. Then I head for The Computer Shop where these guys are always able to fix the laptop and get it working again at reasonable costs. Highly recommend their services.
