If possible I would give this place zero starts, this company is terribly useless. To start with I had given a basic Toshiba Sat: L655-S5155 I knew about the problem, which was a basic fan issue and an overheating, unfortunately I myself was too lazy to fix it on my own. Instead I wanted to give this place a try. I went in the beginning of June. First to beginning with, they charge you a non-refundable diagnostic test, its a shame for the less knowledgeable about technology (computers and laptop precisely.) In the brochure it mentions the diagnostic to be $54.99--$89.99 (may change), which is blatantly a lie and a way to lure people in. It is not said until you sign the agreement. *Please be aware of their agreement* They have hidden fees and miscellaneous agreements of disposal, replacements parts. So, the customer service was terrible: they only have one guarantee which holds is to have a diagnostic within 24-48 hours. Which doesnt precisely mean they truly know the actually issue. I was told that the fan was working improperly and would need to be replaced, which I said before. I had returned to the company to ask about why I had not received any update calls, then after 3-4 weeks I receive a call to meet with the owner who I to believe does not have much knowledge in updated systems. I met with only one technician, Lisa Riley. Said there was a fan issue, then a 4 days go by I a get bad news; that Lisa had diagnosed that the motherboard needed to be replace. The owner said he would guarantee a free replacement if there was a one, only charge for labor, sadly I agreed upon prior two weeks before today. In that same week, 2 days later I was told that they needed to put in a new motherboard because it was burnt out. I wondered "why wasnt this discovers in the diagnostic test?" So, after that I was told to call or come back in, to pick it up. I came back hoping to receive at least some sort of positive news, but doubtfully so the only technician Ive encountered still had yet anything good to say. Lisa had told me that the video to my screen was no longer showing up. That was the last straw. So all in all, by the receipt I spent $111.19 ($89.99 LAPTOP DIAGNOSTIC) ($20.00 TOSHIBA FAN) 3-4 calls, initially called by me. This was charged on 6/28, it is now 7/29 Do not go here, waste of time, outdated, useless, terrible service, HIDDEN FEES, terrible customer service. This business deserves to be shut down. Even as I left to take my laptop back, a disgruntled customer was upset about the hidden fees. And now that I have my laptop back IT DOES NOT WORK. THE TECHNICIAN RUSHED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND NOW ALL IT DOES IS CHARGE. PLEASE DO NOT BRING BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE.

Stay away from this place....Initial diagnosis was bad motherboard...Replaced motherboard...Then current memory will not work in new motherboard....Gave ok to but new RAM....It took them 2-3 weeks to find RAM compatible with Motherboard and still could only fit 4GB (down from 8GB)....Why would you install new motherboard that is incompatible with most RAM....Bottomline.....Poor customer service...incompetent technicians....Wasted ~$250 and six weeks.....Plugged in computer and it will not boot up.

This is the BEST place to take care of all of your computer needs. Ryan and his staff are absolutely phenomenal in skill, customer service and price. I would encourage anyone who has an issue with their computer to go here for fast, reliable service. If you need an expert in the field - youve found it here!

Horrible customer service and my computer is still not fixed. When I tried to call them and complain they just refuse to call me back. I would buy a new computer before ever going back
