Jan. 2013 I purchased a Chrome Book , after using only short while it kept shutting down and had to keep restarting-- Finally took to Geek squad on Carlisle Pike and Doug helped me and said we would have to send to Kentucky and they would decide to fix or give me new one. In couple weeks it came back and they said (Kentucky) it was fine!! I took it home and was not a day till it started shutting down again - I took to store and there was Doug helping me or trying to -he was so kind and patient and concerned -He wrote them a long explanation and we sent it to Kentucky again this time Aug. whenGeek squad called to tell me it was back-I asked if I could have apt with Doug and he told me they put in new "Mother Board" this time and should be fine! I am 78 and have no idea what "Mother Board " was but it is finally working beautifully! Thank you Doug for your help getting this accomplished!
