I took my laptop to One Geek to see if they could replace the power button. Rogger said it would be an easy fix and they would call me when it was ready. They never called but a week later I was close to their store on my way home from work so I stopped in. I could see my laptop still sitting on the self where he put it the day I brought it in. Rogger said that his boss had to check on the part and to stop by later. So i did and he said they couldnt get the part. He handed me the work order which had no balance, I sighed it, then Rogger printed out another work order with a bill on it and said I owed the ballance. I said to him "Whats this for? You kept my laptop for over a week and didnt do anything but waste my time and gas." He said it was for labor but my laptop never moved from their self. I didnt argue though, I just paid and left. Honestly, by the way Rogger acted and him making me sign a blank work order then printing out another with a balance, I think he may be stealing from his company. I tried to call in to express my concerns and to see if they really rip people off and waste their time like they did to me or if Rogger was to blame. But Rogger was the only one that answered and no one else would call me back. I dont know who is to blame, the company or the employees but either way they both reflect on each other. I would strongly recommend you dont waste your time by going here because you will get ripped off.

Had a horrible experience at this repair shop. I waited for over two weeks after dropping off my computer and had no calls. They would not answer the phone in their store, and they were closed even during their "normal business hours." After two weeks of trying, I finally caught someone before they were leaving and got my computer back (completely unrepaired, not even diagnosed). Even when talking to the owner, Mike, he was very unprofessional and seemed to only care about getting me out of his shop. Would NOT recommend to anyone else. Try Alliance Computers or Hop To IT Solutions if youre looking for better service - both have helped me for years.

Crown Associates business relationship with OneGeek has been an educational joy ride. One Geek has handled all of our computer needs for a period of six years. They have held our hand and walked us through the early stages of our companies needs and guided us toward marvelous and much needed improvements. We have never had to wait for service. I would highly recommend One Geek. My daughters laptop stopped powering up. I dropped it off at One Geek late on a Thursday afternoon. They called me in about an hour to let me know what the problem was and asked if it was ok to order the part to fix it. I gave the ok. The laptop fixed and ready to be picked up by Tuesday afternoon. The price was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

A couple years ago, my hard drive had crashed and I was dead in the water, unable to use my computer. I called One Geek and they juggled their schedule to get me up and working again the day I called. Since then, I have continued to receive excellent service from One Geek for my computer needs, both business and personal. When I know some one with a computer problem, I am very comfortable recommending One Geek.

three and a half week wait, wouldnt answer phone or return call, two things on list to repair ...charged parts and labor but still have same problems.
