Service is good here and they take care of the people that really have no clue about computers. If you are a computer geek like me, the store serves little purpose. They didnt have any power supply a couple years ago when I needed one, though they did have a cheap processor that I picked up to add a mining rig to my collection back in the day. Found that I had to return the processor and they gave me a store credit. I still have yet to use the credit entirely. Recently, I figured that I could use it and buy a gigabit switch. Nope. No gigabit. (who DOESNT run gigabit anymore?) Only dusty 100M switches. No thanks.

I have had two of my computers at Alliance in the last few weeks because of problems I couldnt seem to find solutions to myself unfortunately and they SAVED THE DAY BOTH TIMES. I am a website developer / IM guy and have been around computers for over 25 years to give you some perspective. Scott and Mike are great techs and customer service guys and we are very happy with Alliance right now! Thanks guys. We will tell everyone we know about Alliance Computers!

I just went there to buy a computer power supply and they have none stocked at all what so ever. Im sorry but theres no excuse for that, how do you not have power supplies stocked? Thats like going to a auto parts store and they dont have any car batteries in stock. What a waste of my time and gas.
