Well! It took 2 visits from me in same week to get my hair colored! Very good customer service & a nice friendly environment. Service wise… Mmm.. one stylist messed up my hair and another fixed it and did nice work! So for me I will make sure to ask for Ms. Katie next time ;) I went to Bella salon to have my hair colored for Mothers day last week, I wanted a full baylayage highlights all over my hair with Caramel highlights but unfortunately I ended up with half and half colors! The top half was black ( my original hair color) and the half down was brassy orange! :/ I went back to have my hair fixed by another stylist ( they recommended her) which was very good. She was so understandable and clear, I showed her what I want and we discussed it and she recommended a solution to fix what I had at that moment (the disconnected half and half colors!) and Wow she did very good job :) Well done Katie and Thank you.

The service was great, and all the workers there are nice. My qualm is that Ive had much better balayage treatments done, and for much less money. Im not sure if its a blonde thing and stylists just arent as good here with blondes (Im from where blondes are abundant), but both balayages Ive gotten in Baltimore (the other one was at a different salon) the stylist hasnt made it quite as blonde as I wanted. For example, theres a large strip near my face thats my natural color, dark dark blonde, even though I asked for more blonde near my face. Its this exact strip that the other Baltimore stylist missed that I really wanted fixed this time and tried to make a point of it. It also only takes me three hours to do balayage and a cut usually and this one took four, which is way too long. Overall, it wasnt bad, but it also wasnt worth it.

I have difficult curly hair that I tend to straighten, and Ive had terrible haircuts at other highly-regarded salons in Bmore since moving here (an unnamed organic salon). I gave this place a shot because I cant afford to travel down to GA to my old salon every time I need a cut, and Im glad I did. Great service from everyone in the salon, who were exceedingly polite and helpful, despite the fact that my color time took us way past closing time. Olga was amazing, listened to my concerns and gave me a wonderful cut/color - I couldnt have been happier. I should also note that I parked in the wrong lot, and Shawn walked me out to my car and helped me move it to make sure i didnt get charged. I will be coming back.

What a disappointment !!!! After I spent $240 to color my hair At this salon, my hair is a mess it does not look like professionals did my hair it actually look like I did it my self !!!!I like before going here!! I went because after so many disappointments going to hair salons I try to color my hair from dark brown to light ash blond, so my color ende up orange ! Well I went here and I spent all this money ,and my hair looks terrible! Orange brassy hair like I had it before!!! Honestly this has got me so sad I just feel this salon only wants your money and dont care once so ever if they ruin your hair !!

Ive been going to Bella for 12 years and have NEVER had a poor experience! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely well trained. I always love what Kristen does with my hair. Ive watched the staff grow and mature into professional men and women who do everything possible to make your experience a positive one. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are their only client. I would recommend this salon to anyone...in fact, I have and can name several who are regular clients now, including my own 8 and 6 year old daughters.

Ever since i started going to Bella, I actually look forward to getting my hair cut. I remember when I would go to whatever hair place was nearby and always have anxiety about what my hair would end up looking like. Now, I go in to Bella, have a complimentary drink before my appointment, get a relaxing and long shampoo, and then have a pleasant conversation with my hair stylist (Joshua) with a pleasing and consistent result. Ive recommended the place to tons of friends who have all been just as pleased.

I have been going to Bella Salon for over two years. Since day One Shawn has always made me feel like a welcomed guest when I arrive. The Salon is always clean and Olga has taken me from short to long and layered and introduced me to color in my hair. I love her techniques and the support of the owner encourages her to always add to her skills. I also have her shape my eyebrows and get compliments on them all the time.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My hair was ruined! Went in for "natural" highlights and I ended up with two-toned hair! Black underneath (dyed) and blonde on top! When I cried to the manager she said the stylist did a wonderful, artsy job! I spent $600 in two days on color correction after and had to fight to get a $150 refund from the $260 Bella charged me!

Absolutely love going to Bella for my regular appointments, last minute trims or color questions. The entire staff if wonderful and attentive, the store is beautiful, bright and always clean and Helen always does a fantastic job on my hair. I always leave feeling like I could head straight out for a nigh ton the town.

Best Brazilian Blowout I have ever received! Jessica was very thorough in straightening each section of my hair in very small sections so that the process could straighten and smooth the hair as much as possible. She did not rush through it even though it took a couple hours. Will be back again!
