Your staff always looks out for me. I wont go anywhere else! Chris and his staff always do an outstanding job whenever I bring my car in for service. I trust them to keep my car running safely and they have never let me down. Chris is always polite and informative with every person that comes into their shop. Just this past time I witnessed a client being rude to Chris and he kept his clam and remained respectful to the client while he explained what needed to be done on the clients car. Her car was very old. I dont think that I could have remained as calm as Chris was if I was in that situation. I was really impressed.

The only place I trust to work on my vehicle! They never try to sell you services you dont need, great customer service, pride in their work, prices are fair and even if they cant compete with a competitors price, they are up front about it. Chris, Brian, and staff are extremely knowledgeable and never a long wait to see whats wrong with your vehicle, in fact, most times Im in and out in an hour or two (except very major work, of course). Been going to this location for about 5 years now and never had a reason for complaint.

So my mom & I drive Infinitis. she had had work done on her truck & referred me to Chris & his team. I went in thinking that I just needed a front wheel alignment. Chris & his team discovered something bigger! And they have great experience working on Infiniti & Acuras my mom said. However this was Something that couldve costed my life! I got the issue fix immediately..it was more money than I expected but Im glad I took care of it! My car drives so smooth now..I will be back for a tune up & new LED lights! :) thanks guys!

Excellent Service, Chris and his team diagnosed the problem. Chris then went out of his way to research my car and found a safety recall on my car that I was unaware of until he brought it to my attention. Since the problem was that I needed a whole new engine, I had been prepared to find a new car, but it turned out that I needed to have my car towed to the dealer and they replaced my engine. Thanks to Chris and his team, I was not out of pocket for a new engine or alternatively a new car.

Received great and honest service as always and Giovanni was able to fix a major problem with our engine/valves the day before our 700 mile roundtrip in July as our vehicle was hesitating and not working properly. Had no issues on our trip, and made a return trip 2 weeks later with no issues either. Very pleased with the service overall, and that they were able to complete the job in time. I recommend this shop (talk to Chris) for any vehicle services you need.

Beware! What rip offs! My 20 yr old daughter needed a plug in a flat tire. Of course they could do it. They did and charged her $47.00!!!!! For a plug!!! She could have bought a new tire. They shouldve told her before ever doing the job it would be that much!! A week before xmas. Guess they needed extra gifts for their family and saw a young girl coming. We have 3 cars and they will NEVER see any of them again

dishonest staff, sold us an $800exhaust system we did not need, and said we were stupid to think that any mechanic could diagnose a transmission problem over exhaust noise, made sure to tell me i was fat and stupid. Chris is a blatant liar, and the the so called mechanics swore to his lies. Took truck to a competing shop, and had a bad transfer case diagnosed in under 30 minutes. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!!!

Got an alignment here, they didnt tighten up the jam nuts after doing the alignment. Over the course of 3,000 miles the wheels went out of alignment and pretty much ruined my brand new front tires. Called and told them what happened their response was "well we dont know if anyone else has touched it since us". Avoid this place.

Talked to Chris on the phone and knew before I even brought my car in that it would be a bad idea, quoted me 300 dollars more than the Audi dealership did for regular maintenance, and gave me the run around like I didnt know what I was talking about. Then had the nerve to ask me "why do you want this done?"

When Chris learned my nearly new battery was defective, he called the place I bought it and had them fulfill the warranty thru precision tune, which allowed him to install a new battery for me, only charging labor. All I had to do was pick up the car. Amazing customer service!

This is a great shop for general repairs the manager is not your typical saleman you find in places looking to scare you into other repairs. I found them to be honest friendly and sincere in their approach to service and the service was very reasonably priced.
