Ive been visiting Up In Smoke almost every Saturday since they opened for the season and the food is always great! I usually get the St. Louis Style ribs and and the baked beans every time ( Im not too adventurous when it comes to food lol) and I have not been disappointed yet. The gentleman that cooks the ribs is so accommodating and the food usually comes out pretty quickly. My only advice is to get there as soon as they open as the food runs out because they are very popular!

Just purchased ribs from up in smoke caterers at the NAACP convention food pavilion. The ribs were over cooked or cooked yesterday. Too hard for me to chew and not very tasty. The sauce was okay.
