Love them!!! A little on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for!!! Every time I have high-profile corporate guests coming into town, even a small number, I know I can count on them to take care of everything. I am continually impressed by the promptness of follow up emails I receive by the staff (specifically Erin) and others. I have called a bunch to request little additions, or changes to orders, and whoever answers the phone has always been courteous and taken care of the change with no problem. Its a huge deal to me that I can actually COUNT on them to not mess up my order (which is always on my mind and has happened countless times to me with my team.) The food is always great! Ive never been disappointed by anything I have ordered. It looks nice, and is fresh, and always gets compliments. Each driver who has helped me has been very helpful (unlike some other places who drop the food off in cardboard boxes and let you set it up) the drivers help with the set up on site. They always offer to give me a copy of the final receipt, even if I already have one online, its still nice to not have to worry about handing one to my manager while they are there in person at the meeting (since the one who is paying is not likely to me in my office and I dont have a lot of physical contact with most of them.) Their website is easy to use, especially if you have any dietary restrictions, and they are more than helpful if there is anything extra you need to order or add after you have placed the order. LOVE THEM and will continue to order from them!!!

La Prima Fairfax is my life saver! The entire team from start to finish make the entire catering experience so easy! Everyone is so prompt and helpful and a joy to work with! I recently had a large breakfast for 250 people, and was only given only a day to put it together. Erin & Lily did a great job turning over proposals and working on staying on budget. I think we had 3 or 4 revisions on a super tight time crunch. I’m sure there were many hands in making sure the planning and execution of our deliveries went smoothly. Aisha and Elizabeth were rock stars as usual. The presentation of the food and the overall delivery went seamlessly and I’d really like to acknowledge everyone and thank you all for being so great! My client was so thrilled and so happy with the service and so grateful we could turn this over and make this happen at a moment’s notice. I highly recommend La Prima to all my clients.

La Primas delivery and quality of food are always a huge hit whether I use them at work or for personal occasions. They are very customer service friendly with awesome staff that’s always willing to put my needs first they always go above and beyond. They are lunch time life savers when I need a last minute I know who to call; some times I don’t know what to order and they always have delicious options and help me put together menus for my staff meetings with out me having to lose sleep over it! Their drivers are friendly courteous, and extremely helpful with their beautiful set ups. I had a great End of the year party for the company I work for; the service was just phenomenal everyone had such a great time. I wouldn’t have been able to pull it of with out La Prima! They are truly the BEST!

I work at George Mason University and ordered from La Prima for a student leader training. After using many of the other approved caterers, I ventured to try La Prima and Im so glad that I did. The customer service was great, professional and prompt. I had the pleasure of working with Liliana. She was able to accommodate my request and was very friendly in the process. We ordered boxed lunches and was pleased by the high quality and delicious sandwiches. The side items of fruit salad and cookie/brownie were just as amazing. Delivery to campus was seamless as well. When I asked the students if you would want me to order from La Prima again, the answer was a unanimous YES! We are looking forward to working with La Prima in the near future.

We get positive feedback from our guests each time they cater an event. Their customer service manager, Erin Turvey, is always very responsive every time I contact her. We hosted a board of directors meeting and I wanted to offer something new. I hadnt used La Prima for sometime. The majority of the food was very good, however, the chicken was "funny" as one of the attendees told me. I tasted it and it was kind of dry, but not excessively so. Weve ordered Chicken Oregano in the past and liked it. This time, not so much.

LaPrima Catering provided staff and equipment for a company (JLL) sponsored dinner event in June 2015. Stephanie Phoebus was terrific in ensuring we had all we needed and was very responsive and timely. The staff were very helpful, professional and did a great job in serving our catered dinner.
