It takes an awful lot for me to complain or get to the point where I am so fed up. Enough is enough. I will be making some calls later today but for now this is all I can do. I have lived in Belcamp for years and just recently started having problems. When I was on Greenwich Court, the mail carrier Debbie was amazing! She was always very happy and friendly and would look at our porch everyday to see if we had outgoing packages. I moved to another house in Belcamp on Arabis Court and immediately starting having problems with Mary. I had a note in my mailbox that I needed to let her know when there was outgoing mail in there. Ive never heard of that before. I then put a note letting her know the next time when there was outgoing mail and I got a note back that said not to put notes on the outside of the mailbox. Ok... if I put one on the inside isnt that the same thing as my piece of mail that is going out. I have since stopped putting my outgoing mail in there which is a real inconvenience. I recently started ordering groceries from Amazon fresh. A service I pay for. Well the belcamp usps doesnt like this very much. I greeted Mary at my door one day and in a very friendly way asked her how she was. She said shes been better and I said "aww why?" And she said "ugh, delivering groceries." With an attitude. Ok then. I just ignored that comment and carried on. Then another lady comes and deliverable the groceries sometimes. I was handing her my empty Amazon totes theyre supposed to take with them and she ignored me and walked away and went back to her truck and drove off and my mouth just dropped. She never took them and acted like I wasnt even there. I was pretty bothered by this point but still never complained. This morning Ive had enough. My totes were out there ready to go and I saw her arrive so I went out there and said "thank you!" Very happily and cheery. She was inches away from me and just ignored me with a very nasty look on her face. Then she slammed all her doors shut and left. I am the one always nice and greeting them and its not even my job! Theyre working and yet Im providing them with the customer service?? I run a business from my home so I needed to still act professional when I am just completely fed up and appalled. This is their job. They chose this job and yet cant stand making deliveries? Especially when its a service I pay for??? I must add though that theres often a 3rd usps employee from belcamp that delivers here and he is ALWAYS kind and friendly. He delivered a package yesterday on Fathers Day and was still nice! He is always nice whenever he delivers my groceries as well but its never him enough. I believe his name is Brandon. I would love if he was my only mail carrier. Hes the only one that seems to care about his job. Besides Debbie of course.

Every package i have sent has been destroyed or lost. I sent a birthday present for my youngest child last monday it was supposed to be at my daughters home by Wednesday. Here it is Saturday and iam being told that no one knows where the package is i was also told by the lady at this post office that it had an unexpected delay becuase they sent it out late then i was told 4 days ago by this same post office that it was in a post office in phx az okay fine but its a lie becuase it takes a day to get it out to my kids address i have also called the post offices in phz az and was told that no packages for my daughters address has ever arrived.. . My daughters 7th birthday party is tomorrow and she isint going to have anything from me to open. Thanks alot i will find another way to send my packages.. fed ex or ups sound great to me at least i can trust them.... this post office sucks.. one of the packages i sent to my daughhter was for easter.. i paid 23.00 to have a small stuffed animal and a very small bucket of chocolate sent to my 7yr old. To my surprise she got it after easter and the box was destroyed they had to duck tape the entire box closed. So the little bucket was destroyed. I paid them 23.00 for them to destroy a package, and now my daughters birthday present is missing!! i preety much paid them 14.00 this time to make her birthday gift disappear.. come on people someone needs to get a handle on this. If im going to be paying you money to send out a package shouldnt you people be making sure it at least gets to its location. give out tracking numbers that work as well so i can keep track of where the package is becuase the ones you have given me never work. It always says invalid tracking number. I have tried to track packages my friends have tried as well and even my kids aunt has tried tracking it and we all get told the same things.. invalid tracking number.

The Lady Handling my package to be ship was rude and acted as though I irritated her by asking a simple question. (1/28/2017) After speaking with a more friendly USPS employee today, I have changed my review because she was pleasant and helped my solve my shipping issue.(1/30/2017)

I just had a delivery from Pam a postal service worker and she was so rude and nasty. Called the post office and now I am making a complaint on the main web site. I said thank you and she totally blew me off . Nice job Pam
