I only gave 1 star for their ability to show up immediately. However, because they use subcontractors, they use that oppt. to charge you outrageous prices if you fall for it. Ive had 4 locks changed 3 months ago and Im now not able to use my front door lock because for whatever reason the knob does not turn without playing with it to get out of my house. Very disappointed with this service! I do not advise using this company!

The tech that showed up to unlock the car door cursed at my fiancé and charged the credit card over $200 and didnt even unlock the door. When my fiancé called to talk to the supervisor, they took the techs side and didnt believe her. The company charged my fiancés credit card twice for over $200! The entire experience was sickening and very unprofessional. Do not use this company for locksmith service.
