I dont know where to start. The person who came and took care of my unfortunate event was very nice and straight forward. He was very honest and didnt try to steal a penny. He even offered help with straighten up the lock a little bit! Im very happy with the service. He tried different ways to unlock my door because the base of it was little bit loose, he also gave me different options to open the door but he went for simple and easy and it worked! Very cool and neat old guy!

Amazing customer service!!!! I lost my car key and they sent a technician the same day to come and replace not only the key but also the remote. It only took the gentleman 10 minutes to make a new car key and program the remote!! The technician even called the next day to ensure everything was working fine. Also I had spent several hours calling other companys and their price was unbeatable. I am highly satisfied with this company and the outstanding work.

I was referred to this company by TY Towing to come and make a new key for my car. They came out after 45 mins (pretty standard) and had the wrong type of key with them. They went back to their shop, came back out after another 45 minutes. They then estimated 15-30 minutes to complete the job. After 45 minutes I asked how much longer. They said they needed to go back to the shop again. I asked them to leave. Thank you for wasting my time.

Great same day service! I called this morning for a locksmith to replace two broken door knobs and a deadbolt at my home. The technician that arrived an hour later was exceptional. He took great care to not damage the doors, which were old but very sturdy. He was friendly, professional, and an excellent craftsman. I would highly recommend this company.
