Not a pleasant experience. They repeatedly mislead me about when my things would arrive, they often gave me the run-around. I was supposed to have my furniture "early next week" and then no one would call or show up, so I called and they told me it would be days later, only to have no one show up again. I would call and they never called back until finally I got a call from the driver of my things a few DAYS later who was very rude and disrespectful. They definitely didnt seem to care about my things or having good customer service, even though I was nice and accommodating the entire time. I certainly wont be using them again, I am very disappointed.

I spoke with Dee about our move several times over the past week. Each conversation with her seemed to change the time that we could have our belongings delivered. I spoke with her first on 1/13 and she said the window would be 1-3 days on 1/14 this window was now 10 days from our delivery date. Today 1/16/2015 she tells me that it will be 12 days from our desired delivery day??? I dont know how this company works but they will not get our business. Your communication has got to be more professional than this!

Excellent moving company!! I used Mashav relocation for my move three months ago from Rockville MD to Jacksonville FL. The all move from A-Z went well. They did good job with packing and moving my stuff into there storage facility in Beltsville MD. When I finely found a place in FL I called Mike from the dispatch department and my stuff arrived few days later in good condition. Thank you Mashava
