STAY AWAY. This company is totally unprofessional! 3 men showed up on moving day didnt introduce themselves. I signed a contract a week before electronically with Alon the "manager" but these men came in demanding more signatures for the same thing. Except they now stated thats its mandatory to "wrap" all my furniture that is being moved and its $25 per wrap and $5 dollars every strip of tape they use!! Alon gaurenteed me the week before that this was optional so of course me and my husband refused. The one worker said that they would do it for free & we were ok with that seeing how our time had already started 20 mins prior and everyone was just standing around. Besides the fact that they are the slowest moving company I have ever used they are rude argumentive and I heard them calling us crazy under there breath. Next I walked up into my bedroom to them folding my whole matress in half and wrapping and tapping it together like that. I told them that it is unacceptable and that the springs will break. We literally spent 30 mins arguing because they would not respect the fact that we didnt want our mattress hauled like that. Finally they gave in. When we got to the drop off location they would not unload until we signed another contract this is the 3rd one !!!!! Not to mention the price doubled I was just so over them I wanted my stuff out so I just handed them $600 and told them to get my stuff off the truck. Except they didnt have a pen..... to sign the last contract and spent 20 mins searching there truck!! I wouldnt recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Oh and they still tried charging us for the wrap they used even though in the beginning they reassured us they wouldnt.

My feelings are mixed about this company. First, the positive: They were very proactive and kept in touch with me to gain my business. I was moving items across a few states, and they got my items to me in a very short amount of time, just three days. Nothing was broken. Now for the negative. We agreed on $1122. Upon pickup, they asked for $75 more for "long carry." To be fair, the distance from the pickup address to the curb is a rather long distance, so I agreed to pay that. I texted them a picture of the distance from the destination curb to the door, which is rather miniscule. They said there would be no additional charge on delivery. That did not stop whomever delivered my items from sticking out his hand for more money. When I argued that I had already paid the "long carry" at the pickup, and his manager had said there would be no additional charge on delivery, he said he spoke to his manager, and that I owed more money. Then he said "Can you hear correctly?" How very rude. I had to make him go through his truck again for one item he did not find yet, a computer chair, while I went to the bank. By now, the bank was closed, so I had to withdraw $80 even, instead of the $75 more he was asking. I did not want to tip this rude person, but I guess I inadvertently tipped him $5, for he wrote down that I gave him $75. I will not be using this company again.

Stay away with this mover. I hired them to move my furnitures (with a piano) in a two bedrrom apartment to my house only 3 miles away. At the end they charged me more than $800. Topline is a empty shell that hire someone else to do the moving. In my case, Topline made deal with me to charge by hours, no other additional charges. When the mover came they said packing material is additional charge. I disputed. Then the mover and Topline spent more than half a hour over the phone to re-negotiated their deal. Of cause they charged all those time on me. The mover did a lousy job. They badly damaged my hardwood floor and took my tool with them that I let them use. My refrigerator did not work after the moving ( I am not sure I can blame them on this one because it was only 3-year old but had been un-powered for one year before the moving). I filed a claim for the heardwwod floor and tool. Their insureance agreed to pay me $6 for that. Toplines insurance is big joke!

These guys are shady... Tried to pressure me into signing a contract on the spot and did not want to give me time to think about it. I told the guy I needed to review it and he finally backed off. Shortly after this my family went through a recent crisis (grandfather has to be put in a very expensive nursing home due to his dementia worsening) and we were no longer able to afford the move. I told them this and they then proceeded to charge me anyways for a contract that was never signed or agreed to! And then had the nerve to say that my family crisis was fake and that I was pathetic for lying to not be charged! Now I have to fight this ridiculous charge on top of all the other things I have to deal with... I am utterly disgusted with this company and the way they run their business. You can do much better than this in the area and they dont deserve your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Worst moving experience I have ever had. I am not going to write a long review bashing them but can say if you value your belongings and want to keep them in good shape use another company. All of my stuff was damaged and looked like there was no regard for the property the way it was handled and the way it arrived. I went in being realistic thinking some things would be damaged. That was wishful thinking. On top of that their actual total was 1000lbs over the estimate and I had even weighed my own boxes and furniture to estimate and it was way off. I never received the "wish slips" that would confirm the weight even though I had asked. Long story short, please use a different company. I am still going back and forth with their dispute department and I moved in May. It is very frustrating I wouldnt want anyone else to go through the same thing I did even if they were my enemy.

This is the second time Ive used a local moving company this year, in my case, Springfield, VA. Topline Moving & Storage was quick, efficient, and the prices were very good. The entire crew were seriously some of the fastest (and safest) movers Ive ever worked with. Tee, the agent who first made contact with me was there from the start to the end, confirming the appointment and called me after to see how everything went. I seriously cannot give these guys high enough marks, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality and speedy move, without sacrificing safety and respect for not only your moveable items, but the property they are moving out of, and in. Feel free to ask any questions, I would recommend them to anyone. Id also like to add the quote was actually a little less than the actual price.

I recently used Topline Moving & Storage to move me into my new home. I am giving them 5 stars because they came in and repacked furniture pieces that I had poorly packed to protect my belongings. Additionally, the customer service was accommodating and friendly without making me feel completely incompetent. I had to clear out my apartment so they dropped off stuff to Goodwill and also moved furnishings from my apartment to a family members truck. I felt completely comfortable and was impressed by their willingness to help during a very overwhelming time. I had asked several people who had recently moved for recommendations, and they were unhappy with the service they had received. You cant put a price on customer service that is accommodating and honest. I highly recommend their services.
