The movers showed up late, left early, wanted my roommate (who has to sign off) lie and say they were there longer. Not only were they trying to lie on their time sheet, they were terrible packers. They broke many of our items – They broke our computer and our grill. (Two of the items we told them were high ticket items.) How they broke them, I don’t know. The legs and the wheels on the grill are broke so the grill won’t stand up on its own. Kitchen - They threw all of our kitchen items in boxes without any concern for liquids, fragile items, etc. They packed a heavy blender on top of wine glasses, and the container of bleach broke and spilled over our box of kitchen items. I opened the box and after I remove the blender, I found broken wine glasses, bleach covering the rest of the items in there (food, dishes, etc.). Measuring spoons were everywhere, since they didn’t bother to wrap them up together. Bathroom items were the same way. No concern for liquids or fragile items. Most of the bathroom and kitchen boxes had liquids leaking out of the boxes (or had leaked out) or broken glass. There were a few (only a few) boxes that had been wrapped correctly and the liquids and fragile items did not have any damage to them. The bedrooms weren’t much better. They dumped our jewelry (which was on a stand or in containers on the dressers) into the dresser drawers. Where are they now? All over the drawers and even in the bottom of the dresser (because we can’t get the bottom drawers out). Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc are everywhere. We haven’t been able to match up one set of earrings yet. Bunk beds – they broke screws off in the bunk beds and didn’t even tell us. So when the movers showed up here to help us set them up they didn’t know what to do with the broken screws in the holes. They could drill more holes, but there were no screws either. Furniture – they chipped up our furniture. Most of our wood furniture has deep scratches and large chunks of wood missing. The thing that topped it all off was they used a picture that a child made me as packing paper... (a sentimental picture of him and I), … which they saw me take it off the wall very carefully to have packed… and they used it as “packing paper”. They didn’t even fold it nicely to try to cover up that they didn’t care about the picture. It was literally wadded up and used as packing paper.

ALL MILITARY PERSONEL **READ THESE REVIEWS** This company over books their schedule. Weve been without furniture for 10 days then learn that our stuff is sitting in their warehouse 45 mins away but wont be delivered for ANOTHER 14 days. 7 days longer than the original estimate. I called & told the receptionist that Ill be renting a truck to get my stuff & she made it abundantly clear NOT to do that. I literally argued with this lady on the phone who later told me that I had to set an appointment. I told her "fine, lets set an appointment". Next she tells me to get a large enough truck b/c I have 9000lbs of stuff when I barely have 2300lbs. Our military coordinator sent me an email saying that Whisco wants to void the warranty of our items so to check house goods at their facility. This company is impossible. Im on my way to get my items with camera in hand. Will post once I get our stuff ******** UPDATE************ So heres the deal when you pick up your stuff: They will give you a check list. They will unload the boxes & packages which are numbered. Theyll call out the numbers & you check it off. After everything is unloaded & you complete the check sheet then you go inside & sign a waiver sheet, releasing them from liability. You arent given an opportunity to check for damages, missing items etc b/c you they unloaded boxes. So unless you can see through boxes you wont know until you get to your house. Bring some friends to help you load the truck because they will not help you with that. Like the rep said in response to my initial post "your stuff will go through multiple companies before you get it". So I CAN NOT blame Whisco for the following. Our stuff was dismantled, we had keyboards, computer mouse, our stapler, pens, wrapped up individually. Our boxes that we loaded & marked from Great Lakes were completely rearranged. Dont say you werent warned.

Awful service. After multiple issues setting up my delivery, the movers damaged my house. I immediately reported it, and nothing was done. A month of phone calls later, they finally send a technician out to my house to fix the damage, and he isnt able to repair it. The "customer service" representative then stops returning my phone calls altogether. I finally had to send a written claim to the company for the estimated damage. After receiving no response, I went through the military claims office for assistance, and they claimed they had sent me a check for less than 20% of the damage they caused. Of course, they "mailed" this nearly a month ago and it never appeared. If you want poor customer service, a damaged house, and a company that lies about the inadequate amount of damage payment they will offer, than go with A-Whisco. Otherwise Id find a more reputable moving company.

Absolutely terrible packing job. I had A-Whisco for my military move. No one informed me that my HHG would be stuck in a hot warehouse for 3 weeks, and the communication was terrible. There were 7 movers sent to pack my stuff, and everything was thrown into random boxes with no organization and poor labeling. Im finding random groceries wrapped inside kitchen appliances, shoes thrown haphazardly, unwrapped, into random boxes with clothes. They also had left my condo without returning the elevator key and I have yet to hear whether or not it has been returned. They also tried to lie on the packing forms by saying that my brand-new mattress was "soiled" - after only owning it for a week. I would not recommend A-Whisco.

By FAR the best moving company Ive had the chance to work with after a lifetime of moving every few years. Sharron and her crew were fast, efficient, and always ready with a good sense of humor! Even better, after realizing I had forgotten some critical items in my move, A-Whisco worked with me to track them down, going over my item list and finding the exact crate it was shipped in, allowing for easy retrieval and saving me a minor heart attack. I cant express enough appreciation for this company and their fantastic staff. 5 Stars! I wish every move could be with these folks!

This company was awesome! I helped my sister move with them and they treated me as well as they treated her. They gave us free used boxes, and even delivered them. Our requests on the day of the move were accommodated without question, and the final bill was less than the estimate! The crew reassembled the beds and made no fuss about moving the bed and dresser a second time because we werent quite sure where they should be placed. Our sales rep even stopped by during the delivery to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Worldwide Moving Systems.
