My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I are happy again. The dealer told me I needed new springs after numerous repairs previously. I finally took "Boy Blue" to Blue Ridge Automotive where they not only determined that I did not need new springs, but that the previous work done less than 8 months prior by the dealer was done incorrectly and the new parts were now broken. On top of that, the dealer did not advise me that my drive shaft was separating from the axle. We can only imagine the horrific accident this would have been on the highways of the DMV. This shop is thorough, professional, and works on integrity. I highly recommend them as their team (Wayne, George and Sav) work as a unit to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. I was referred to Blue Ridge Wheel by Superior Auto (Frederick, MD). Upon visiting the establishment after making an appointment, they surveyed my damaged wheel, and provided me with excellent recommendations to resolve the issue. Talking with Wayne, one of the owners of Blue Ridge, he informed me of the type of damage to the wheel, the appropriate replacements, and so on.
