This is the best place!!! We were driving home to California toward the end of our vacation. We had a very frightening experience of the brakes and the power steering going out. We had just visited the Harpers Ferry Nat.Historic site. Upon leaving we had the scariest drive of our lives... Almost through divine intervention we found Drive Pros. We arrived at Drive pros 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. The young man at the desk was friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about our plight. My nerves were frazzled and I was scared that we might not be helped because they were busy. He asked us to sit and wait for a minute while he helped the person that had been waiting on hold on the phone. Very professional. The waiting area was clean, cool, and comfortable. There was complementary refreshments. They looked at our truck/camper within 10 minutes of arriving. Very shortly thereafter they told us what was needed to fix it. They asked us if we could wait until the morning or needed it fixed tonight? They were more helpful and caring than I would have ever expected! The parts store had stopped delivering at that time, incredibly Drive Pros went and picked up the part!!! After they stayed for 3 hours past closing to fix my vehicle, they ran diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues! What professionals! So happy to have had such service and help on a such a scary day. I wish they were in California so I could recommend them to all my friends and Id be a loyal customer for life!

I havent had the best of luck with my 1994 truck it gave me a lot of problems and one day it decided to leak from every place it could and the brake line decided to rust out on me. With the wonderful help from Drive Pros they were able to help me fix it. And although I didnt have the best of credit score unlike most dealerships if you dont have a good credit score they wont approve you, but at Drive Pros they are not there to just make a sale and deny you because of your credit score. They did everything that they possible could to help me have a safe and working vehicle and do it in the smartest of ways and to also help my credit score. So a huge thanks to Drive Pros for helping me with all the repairs to my truck, for all the magic that you pulled to help me get a new vehicle, and for trying to help me with my credit. I would easily say that Drive Pros is the number one best place to go to when buying a car or fixing your car. They have the best costumer service, they have a very fast and reliable maintenance service, a wizard of a finance person. So to anyone who needs a car, or simply just needs your car fixed I highly recommend DRIVE PROS!

My wife and I took a day trip out to Harpers Ferry, and enjoyed the day and perfect weather. About 10 minutes into our 2 hour drive back home, something in my car clearly broke and was making a terrible noise. I pulled off the road, and looked for the nearest car mechanic. Everything in the region was closed that Saturday, except for Drive Pros. I made it there at about 4pm, and they closed at 5pm. They were able to give a quote in about 20 minutes - my drive belt had frayed and was whipping around the inside of the car, and they also let me know my battery was leaking acid. They worked late while we enjoyed free soft drinks and grabbed some ice cream from Cone Zone, and they were able to get us back on the road before 5:30pm. Easily the fastest car repair service Ive ever received. We had an uneventful remaining drive home, and the ordeal didnt take anything away from an otherwise enjoyable visit to West Virginia, which is absolutely not what I was expecting when pulled on the side of the road looking at everything that was closed. Drive Pros offers service thats beyond anything Ive experienced in Jefferson county. Their waiting room (and shop) are pristine and they offer complimentary drinks as well as a phone charging station. What stands out to me is their above and beyond service, though. I went in for a tire change and an alignment, but walked out feeling taken care of. These guys really care about your safety and are upfront and honest with you, without trying to sell you extra stuff you dont need. Quality is the name AND the game at Drive Pros. They dont pretend to be cheaper than other places, but the level of quality you receive is also above and beyond anything else in the area. Their professionalism is seen from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave. If you need anything for your car at all, I suggest you go to Drive Pros.

I had a great experience with DrivePros! I had tires put on both of my vehicles, 2008 Expedition and a 2013 C-Max. I went in with the specs for two sets of tires from Tire Rack, who had great prices. Normally local shops cant beat Tire Rack pricing. DrivePros was able to beat the tire rack pricing for the Expedition tires, even with their installation cost added! They didnt have the specific tires I wanted for my car but they patiently assisted me with finding a comparable tire. I was very happy with their quality of work (they didnt put a single mark on my wheels and didnt dirty up the inside of the car either), and their alignment cost was excellent. The shop was nice and clean and they had complimentary coffee and cold drinks! I recommend DrivePros to all.

Drive Pros has great customer service and staff, I recently purchased brand new tires and kept having problems with a vibration. I went back multiple times and they tried at no expense to me to rebalance the tires and inspect my truck for other issues. After the third time and a test drive with the service manager Kevin it was determined the tires were defective. Drive Pros contacted the manufacturer for a refund and ordered a new set but different brand tire and installed them the next day. They definitely went above and beyond to make me satisfied a satisfied customer.

A friend recommended DrivePros to me to get my car winter ready. I replaced all four tires, got an oil change, and an alignment for such a great price. They even threw in a free set of wiper blades and cleaned my car! Kevin, the Service Manager, was super knowledgeable and helped me choose the best tires for my car. The waiting area was really nice too –coffee, soda, water, snacks, cable TV and incredibly fast Wi-Fi were available. I was really impressed with how quickly the service team worked and how friendly and professional the staff was. Overall excellent experience!

The service was fantastic, from calling to get a price on tires to walking in and being welcomed with smiling faces, a clean environment, to my car being pulled in the shop to get new tires! Can I tell you that my car rides and drives like I just drove it off of the parking lot brand new! I had called around to several places in the tri-state area, DRIVE PROS had the BEST PRICES!
