Sorry I could not give a 0 star rating. I made an online appointment for my girlfriend to get an oil change. The online price was $22.50 plus tax. Instead of doing the work for the agreed price, they up sold to the most expensive synthetic oil at $67.45 with tax. Because she is a woman they deliberately took advantage of her lack of experience with automobiles. I am very displeased and will never use this, Goodyear Auto Service Center 2040 W Ridge Rd again for anything.

I just took my truck in to get some new tires put on, by the way the pricing was GREAT!!! I never buy tires locally and they beat all competitors on line. However a week before I took my truck in I polished all my rims, upon receiving the truck back I noticed I have multiple dents in each rim, yes all four rims have dings/dents in them!! If you have polished or chrome rims DO NOT HAVE TIRES MOUNTED HERE!!

Ive been having my cars serviced at Goodyear on West Ridge Rd in Rochester , NY for 15 years now , and would never think about going anywhere else because of the great service I receive every single time;) I trust them implicitly , and will continue to do so!! These guys are incredible. Got a tire puncture on out of state road trip. They not only fixed it for free, but looked after every detail like asking if I wanted the wheel lock put back on. Also quick service and very friendly. Wish these guys were my local shop back home.
