I tanked up at the gas station and my battery light came on. They fit me in that day, diagnosed the problem (bad alternator) and even offered to drive me home if I couldnt find a ride (Im a local who lives down the road)! The quoted prices for parts and labor were very reasonable. I couldnt believe it when I got a call a few hours later saying my car was ready, when I wasnt expecting it to be done for two more days. Awesome service and great guys. I would highly recommend the team at West End Motors.

I stopped in to get gas Jazzmin was their I was shocked to see her at this Gas Station I use to work with her she trained me in at McDonalds and my husband at the casino they got a good worker we talked a little more and and I couldnt believe she was working when she was sicker then a dog and losing her voice she seem to enjoy working their I will be back in to see this place because of her.

Stopped in for some cream and noticed every man checking out was very pleasantly greeted. When I checked out and said hello I was ignored by the dark haired female clerk who didnt say thanks or anything other than asking me if I wanted a bag. Recommend hiring personnel who have a clue about customer service...whether you are male or female.

Scum of the earth. Failed my cars emissions test, only to receive a PASS through the mail a week later. They just want to take your money, and theyre not ashamed to lie and steal from you.

Good technicians that seem to have above average diagnostic skills. Their inspectors are pleasant and fairly fast. They can get busy as they are the best shop in the area.

Locally owned and knowledgeable mechanics. Small convenience store attached which allow customers to pick up their cars 24/7 which is a real plus for busy car owners.

This is a good group of guys that treats there clients right. I would recommend their repair shop. It is pretty busy, but I think that shows that they do honest work.
