Back in late September of 2014 I went to this Firestone location at W. Ridge rd inquiring a stat test and the basic condition of a used-newer car I was going to be purchasing from Doan. This was my second car I was getting, the first lasting 10 years and being a 1995 model. I was getting into a field of skills and knowledge that I am not most adapted or knowledgeable of. Erin G was there when I brought in that 2010 Pontiac Vibe where Doan kept repeating "how its in fine, and great condition" and blah blah blah. Erin G. serviced the car and found so many problems in it from little to big and thoroughly checked out the car, discovering that there was over $900 in needed repairs so this car would make it to winter! She was so honest and caring of my circumstances she posted each problem little to big in fine detail on the spec report of which I marched right back to Doan. Erin even called me back twice, to see how the car deal was transpiring with after these problems were made aware of to the dealership. Erin G.s customer service was amazing! I couldnt be more happier than the service and support she gave to me and will be back!

I went here out of desperation to get a new car battery since mine had to be jumped and I drove all around looking for a place to get a new one. No one had one. I got to Firestone as my last resort- they had the battery and they normally close at 7 but still let me get the battery and have it installed even though they were technically closed. I dealt with Nate as the sales advisor- very professional, very friendly and helpful. I waited like 5 min and it was done. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back after this experience.

We took my wife care to Firestone on west ridge in Rochester, Ny. Paid for the tire being balance the next day it sounded and felt like the front tire would fall off. Took the car back to them and they wanted us to pay for the tire being balance like they werent the reason it was like that.

I was able to drop my car of at lunch for NY inspection told them I didnt it until 6 they had it done in 30 minutes. They said all that needed to be done was my license plate light. I had no problem with them and would go back again!

Had to get the tire repaired on my wifes minivan, not only did they take care of it quickly the service manager Jason let me know wed need rear brakes soon. He gave me a fair quote for the work. Great job!
