This is THE MOST overpriced auto shop you can possibly find. The staff are not very helpful and quite frankly I believe that they fabricate things that may be "wrong" with your vehicle just to increase their sales!! On several occasions, I have gone to Sears Auto (Greece, NY) and have been told of "things" that are going on with my car and yet, they were never willing to show me what it was. I had an alignment completed by them in 4/14 and by 8/14 my tires (which were purchased 1/14) were getting bald on on side. When I took my car to Sears to complain about the alignment they simply took the car in back, never showed me anything, and told me that they tire was "done" and that I needed to buy a new one. On another occasion, I went in for an alignment, brakes and rotors and walked out paying $669 after being told that the calipers were frozen and I needed to replace them. (Again, NEVER giving me the opportunity to see what was going on!) My final straw was after placing a phone call to them to ask if they could loosely quote me on the cost of replacing something and I was told they could. When I told him what it was, he said "You need to bring the car in for a diagnostic and well tell you". Of course you will!! After ever so kindly calling the Henrietta location, I was told that he could certainly give me a price but he first needed to look it up and call me back in a few. How relieving?! From now on......I will drive across town to Henrietta instead of dealing with the condescending manipulators at the Greece, NY Sears!

Right from the sales desk "Sal" sold me a set I liked on line, I also paid like $4. a tire for flat repairs. Well 2 weeks went by and notice a tire looked low, checking pressure and adjusting them ALL to 32lbs (what I run) again a week later same tire so between X-Mas and New Year I brought it back and explained what it was doing, while at service desk (shop) they asked for my receipt, then they said "it will be 20 something dollars to look to see if it has a leak". I said I paid extra because it is my wifes car, they said well it does not show that here. I looked and it was not there and then noticed my car had 000,000 miles when they installed them and only had the paid price. I know 16 bucks was paid to them, after 2 years now, one tire needs air every 3 days, two others every couple weeks and the forth is good for a month. My point to keep putting air in them is that anyplace will charge me labor to clean the aluminum wheels (clear coat bubbles up and salt eats aluminum). Sears should have cleaned and greased and this would not happen. TRAINING is needed in the whole shop from selling with an attitude to not fixing the job they did because they missed to type in any info other than the paid price. GOD I was fuming, never again, me or my family. BYE-BYE old days...

Your employees set the air pressure on my daughters car to- 70 psi on 1 and less that 29 on the other three. I know Sears Automotive is not a good choice for anyone now. Thank You for making my daughter aware too. Her tires this year will not come from Sears Automotive again. Not now, not ever. Your mechanics should be trained to take care of the car and not sabotage it.

Dropped off the car before going out of town. Did they fix the leak in my tire..?? Yes.. But left my car unlocked in the parking lot for 6 days.. Then attempted to rip me off saying my car was out of alinement and needed service. It doesnt pull, straight as an arrow and no chop on the tires..
