Very happy with how everything was handled. As an out of towner, I appreciated the service, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. On the customer service end, this place is fantastic. I thought the prices were fair, if a bit excessive. However, I did have a major issue. I needed to replace my calipers and brake pads. I decided to hold off on the pads since I had a warranty on them at my hometown mechanic. When I go in to replace the pads back home, they tell me that the calipers have been put on upside down. Had I gotten my brake pads replaced down in Chestertown, I would have never known that the calipers were on wrong. Just a shame that this issue left me with a bad taste, otherwise this shop would have 5 stars from me! Im unsure if this issue is because of an unfamiliarity with my car, or just something simply overlooked. Either way, great service from this company despite this issue.
